Troubles & Questions / Import many GPS files at once

Last post by T-mo - December 12, 2024, 22:33:35My 1st experience with 4.27.1_1154 and AA was quite short. I saw the screen but wanted to use my phone for routeplanning and then navigation, sadly I started with one of my presets with rotating screen. I wanted to switch but the whole device went crazy, also see photo. Then I wanted to pull down android top bar at phone to access settings which was not possible, only dropped down a blank black area, several times.
Due to limited time I drew the connection cable, stopped Locus and continued with Gmaps.
Don't know if _1158 provides improvements.
Next tests @weekend.
P.S. the used profile includes screen on/off control, maybe that's a possible reason?

Troubles & Questions / Inconsistencies when searching...
Last post by Graf Geo - December 12, 2024, 20:56:02With today's update 4.27.1_1158 the search in points works again. Very nice.
However, the search in tracks and points only works correctly and reliable when "search also in descriptions" is deactivated. I can search for strings of any length, including individual characters.
If "search also in descriptions" is active, there are problems and incorrect results. Numerous points or tracks are repeatedly found that do not contain the search string at all, neither in the title nor in any existing descriptions. Even those that do not contain any descriptions at all.
There also seems to be a character limit here: For search strings with at least 4 characters it works correctly more often, but with 3 or fewer characters there are usually many false results. But it is not always clearly reproducible. In any case, the search with "search also in descriptions" is often incorrect.

The new compass on dark background fades into the background, especially if sunny, and depending on surrounding map content. (I think there is a later APK beta version but not currently on the download site)

bin zufällig auf Deine Frage gestoßen und wundere mich dass Dir niemand geantwortet hat. Ich nutze auch Locus 3/classic und habe kein Problem mit dem BRouter Vers. 1.7.7. Vielleicht hilft Dir eine Neuinstallation des BRouters.

If I load this track (route) now, practically nothing is visible on the map.
You can only make out the points with a bit of imagination. However, this track (route) is completely unsuitable for following by sight.
