Point screen does not close anymore by wiping down.
This feature was still present in the beta (before 4.0.0) and in the RC2.
The new track screen will work.
In official version 4.0.2 it is not synonymous.

ich kenne das gar nicht, den Speicher auf Privat stellen. Ist das eine Funktion die erst mit Android 11 gekommen ist ?

The offline LoMaps in LM4 are the same as used to be in LM3. The incorrect priority or wrap of text labels is a quite an old issue - still not ideal. The size of the text should represent the priority of the POIs - we can discuss it, but probably in a separate topic

The online LoMaps are updated continuously, let say about every 10 days. The offline every 2 - 3 months

That could then also be mentioned in the new operating instructions. Then the question won't come up that often in the future.

"My subscription" is not often needed. Actually only once. This point could be completely down.
"Settings" are often needed. This point can be completely up.
My subscription is still the pro before. That does not exist anymore. Missed gold or silver.

bei vielen ist das natürlich blöd. Ab und zu mache ich viele Trackpunkte für die OSM Pflege. Da werde ich die Methode auch mal testen. Bei 20 Punkten ist das ganz schön aufwendig.
Aber Menion hat angekündigt damit sich da was verbessern wird. Ich denke mal (alle auswählen und löschen). Aber erst wenn LM4 fertig ist.

man kann doch im Routenplaner auch sagen damit keine Hinweise generiert werden sollen. Und man kann sie in der Track Ansicht auch rauslöschen.

I really like the behavior of Point Screen. Move map when opening and closing point screen by swiping.

@Dim: There is space for 14 functions in the main menu and another 17 in the lower and right bar. Then there are the quick settings where 12 functions fit.
So that should be enough normally. For functions that I rarely need, I can also do 4 clicks.
I automatically hidden the sidebar, then I have the whole screen. Then fade in with a double click.

Is there already a user manual / manual for LM4? I would like to test LM4 with a new user and see what questions arise despite the instruction manual.
Perhaps one could open up a separate topic for this. Others could also take such a test. Or think about it. As a team, there are always better ideas. That's the only reason LM4 got so good so far. I have already made notes on what can be added. The aim is to ensure that as few questions as possible have to be answered in the helpdesk later on.

Habe ich richtig verstanden. Die Route hatte gerade Abschnitte obwohl der Weg geschlängelt war.
Wenn das so ist dann hat dein Planungstool eventuell sehr wenige Punkte gesetzt. Ich würde  das im Routenplaner in Locus machen. Geht genauso schnell wie extern. Zumahl muss man extern noch exportieren und dann in Locus wieder importieren.

Ein wenig geht das aber nicht sehr weit. Du kannst Gruppen anlegen und in einer Gruppe dann noch Ordner. In den Ordnern sind dann die Tracks. Tiefer verschachteln geht momentan nicht.
Ich finde man sollte nur Ordner machen und so viele wie nötig. Im Prinzip wie bei Windows. Dieses Jahr wird eventuell die Trackverwaltung ganz neu geschrieben. Da könnte man das dann Ändern.

Jetzt noch die bessere Version. Wenn du noch verschiedene farben für Track und Navi Linie willst. Das heist für Theme farbig: blauer Track und Theme weiß: schwarzer Track
Dann gibt es die Möglichkeit mit Presset (Voreinstellungen) Du könntest dann 2 verschiedene Presset machen in denen du dann jeweils Theme, Karte, Trackfarbe, Navi Linie Farbe usw. festlegen kannst.
Dann Presset in die Seitenleiste legen und nur noch die Theme wechseln.
