I had it one more time yesterday. So yes, it comes back occasionally, but no so often...

Datafields are not yet customisable but it is of course one of the feature which we want to bring in some future versions.

Is there a plan for making the Garmin watch able to launch/pause/stop the track recording in the smartphone Locus Map app, in replacement (or complement) of the track recording in the watch itself (already available)...?

Playing with the app on the fenix 6X, I feel the LocusMap map refreshing very slow and painful, and I was asking myself if it was for a bad setting or something like that, especially because this same map refreshing is very fast and smooth, when I compare with the Android Wear version of Locus Map on my Sony Smartwatch 3 in the same conditions.

Amazingly, the two watches can have their respective LocusMap app working in the same time

And the thing which seems to have worked for this problem:  uninstall then re-install the LocusMap Garmin app... Until the next time ?

My second question, or problem, is that most of th time I cannot launch Locus Map on my fenix 6X, only getting the under message:

Ah, OK, the long press... Fine

And I have a first question, when viewing LoMaps on it : is there a way for zooming in/out the map view ?

I have another question: on a fenix 6 (Connect IQ compatible) but which is not "Pro" or "X" (without any Garmin original cartography), can the watch show my smartphone LoMaps current map on its screen, as can do my Sony SmartWatch 3 ?

Viewing the under picture and reading the documentation tends to answer "yes", but I want to be sure, because the purchase of a fenix 6X (with cartography) is something heavy, and not so really useful if one can do quite the same things with a "standard" fenix 6 or 6S *AND* "Locus Map for Garmin" 



On an other hand, seing what can already bring the WearOS compatibility of LocuMap, I can even consider buying a (cheaper...) Casio Pro Trek Smart WSD-F30 or WSD-F21 sport and connected watch, in place of a Garmin one...




And in the same spirit, another (full) Locus wrist solution under, tested, but abandoned, mainly for the poor GPS reception of the Jelly Pro 

Fenix 6 is already supported, so why don't you install it?

Good idea! I just need to make the (good!) choice for buying one of its numerous models, before this installation... 

Garmin fenix 6 is available now, Christmas is coming soon, Locus Map for Garmin is already paid, so...

Concerning the fenix 6, can have the 6x version (with cartography) any interest over le 6 version (without cartography), for using it mainly with LocusMap, for that purpose? Not speaking here of its screen (a little larger,) nor the music related fonctions.

@NickJP : thank you, just done all this power function I had never seen nor tried (for me, I had no need to uninstall&reinstall BRouter).

Note that for my (no so important...) problem, there is no positive effect.

A point of this still alive bug: my OnePlus 3T has bee upgraded to Android 9, now, but the problem remains the same; unable to use BRouter on it as routing service.

Hi Menion, and sorry for the delay, I had not seen your message before...

And yes, none of my (too old) Garmin units is compatible with this app, but I had agreed it is my fault, as a demo mode was available before the purchase!
