[Je tedy problém, že když vytvořím trasu pomocí navigace v Locusu (ruční přidání trasy), tak se po trase nemůžu nechat navádět, ale pouze navigovat?]

Vytvořil jsem si trasu v Locusu po lesních cestách přes přidání nové trasy pomocí navigace (zdroje Yours a MapQuest) a nechal se po této trase navádět (pomocí TTS). Jednak Locus strašně málo mluvil, a když tak hlouposti, např. držte se v levém pruhu (byl jsem v lese).
Je tedy problém, že když vytvořím trasu pomocí navigace v Locusu (ruční přidání trasy), tak se po trase nemůžu nechat navádět, ale pouze navigovat?
Když si spustím navádění po trase z mapy.cz, tak Locus perfektně navádí - pomocí TTS.

"Specialita" s doporučením do pruhu uprostřed lesa je vlastností routeru MapQuest, s tím bohužel nic nenaděláme. Yours příkazy negeneruje, tudíž je dogenerovává Locus a ten ve svém "slovníku" doporučení do pruhů nemá. Četnost naváděcích příkazů si můžete nastavit v nastavení > navádění > pokročilé > počet upozornění, popř. zapnout již v tomto vlákně zmiňované "Upozorňovat na každý trackpoint"

Hi, if you have any ideas how to improve Locus, please post them on help.locusmap.eu and let other users vote for them. If they are found useful also by others, it will be implemented.

As for the default icon - Locus uses icon of the last used folder. Change icon of the folder or make another folder with different icon to save your points to.

Hi, at the moment it's not possible to combine "Navigate to" function with "Navigate along a route". Anyway, it's not a bad idea, I recommend to post it on our help.locusmap.eu and let other users vote for it. For now try a workaround - click the route,  click 'Edit on map', select the routepoint you want to be navigated to and convert it to a navigation waypoint - select something that strikes you as a reminder, e.g. "make a U turn " command. Then start navigation along the route as usual.

Problem 1: The map data is not perfect, so you do not get an instruction whereever you need it.
Problem 2: On each point you set, Locus places a "Zwischenziel"/"in between/going over point" and/or a "you have arrived at your destination" point.
So after routing your tour you have to rework it.

Problem 1 is regarding all outdoor maps and navigation data - none of them is 100% accurate and up to date. Therefore we are trying our best to make Locus as helpful as possible so that you can tackle this problem as best as you can.

Problem 2 - good point, I've notified Menion

"nobody is interested" - there are so many ideas on Locus helpdesk that their only chance to be noticed by the devs is number of their votes (sometimes it happens that Menion notices some of them directly and puts them right on his roadmap - not these two though. As I've written, I told Menion about them).

How do we plan routes? Pretty much the same way as you do. However, I'm reading the good old contour lines on map to predict elevation besides dynamic altitude on the cursor position. And I don't find "zwischenziele" so bothering to make me rework the routing . To be true, I prefer beep guidance and automatic display turn-on before direction change when on bike. Voice navigation is better when hiking.

I'm using only LM Free or testing Betas on Genymotion. When I switched to MS Win 10 I had to reinstall Genymotion and since then I didn't manage to install Gplay services successfully - the same issue - LM Pro can't load validation libraries. No clue where the bug is.

As there is no Locus Map Pro version for PC/MAC, a virtual machine may be the solution... We use Genymotion here at office but also BlueStacks is quite usable and more user-friendly.

you're right. However - firstly, we are planning to reduce their number, select only the most used, and change their naming in order to improve their comprehensiveness.

okay, but there's a problem - it's quite difficult to make it happen when all our Gplay accounts are registered in Czech rep. Will you please provide a screenshot of the page with EUR values? I'll gladly add it to the manual. Many thanks!
