I'm not using this option, so just an idea. In Locus you can choose in geocaching options to move the cache (icon) to the final location, if it is part of the cache.
Perhaps this could be worth to have a look at.

I am using Geocaching4Locus 2.2.6 (17878f9) and Locus Pro 3.38.3.

I had the same issue (still on Locus Pro 3.37.x). Should be the new API. After updating G4L to new version 3.0 and logging in once again everything works perfect.

For me the app is still working perfectly. Seems that the change of API hadn't had any negative effect.
Or are both APIs working on GS side for an overlapping period of time?

For me the exact time for logging is absolutely necessary while fixed logging time 12.00h makes no sense at all to me.
The main reason for that is to keep the online logs in the right order (like found outdoors) even when logging in disorder (happens sometimes when logging additional (special/very good) caches done during a trail )
So no need to keep the checkbox from my side. Honestly I already wondered why it could possibly be there...

Hast du alternativ mal probiert die benötigte Funktion auf die obere oder rechte (Seiten)leiste zu legen?
Dann wäre die Funktion zumindest wieder da, wenn auch immer noch etwas nicht funktioniert. Welche Locusversion hast du im Einsatz?

Wo/wie willst du denn einen Wegpunkt anlegen? Geocache, einen Punkt auf der Karte, Routenplaner oder sonstwie?
Bei mir geht alles ohne Probleme.

Das einzige was mir ad-hoc da so einfällt ist ein Backup in die Cloud (z.B. Dropbox, Google drive...) von einem Gerät (Hauptgerät) und das dann auf dem jeweils anderen Gerät zurückzuspielen. Dabei kann man auch nur die Fieldnotes auswählen, so dass die restlichen Daten nicht überschrieben werden.

germany_south.osm.db > 523,42 MB
(complete) germany.osm.db > 347,32 MB

I guess it's because of the offline addresses in the south map which are not part of the whole Germany map...

Ja, ist so richtig. Adressen gibt's nur bei "north" und "south" sowie bei einzelnen Bundesländern. Nicht aber bei der Gesamtkarte.
Man kann es natürlich als fragwürdig halten. Aber wenn man sich die jeweiligen Beschreibungen dazu durchliest, steht bei der Gesamtkarte, im Gegensatz zu den anderen, auch nichts davon drin.
Also eine Täuschung sehe ich hier nicht (da es nicht angegeben ist), auch wenn's nicht nachvollziehbar ist.

In the new V3.33 Locus crashes more or less immediately when I start using Geocaching4Locus add-on. Sometimes already on the map, sometimes while opening a listing, sometimes after some clicks in the listing.
No crash report, no error message. It just gets killed.

Latest version not tested yet, but I would like to have this confirmation button back, too.
Today I was out looking for some caches and it happened twice that I existed the app while going back a little bit too fast. Very annoying...

Gleiches auch hier. Allerdings hat es vor ein paar Monaten auf einem identisch eingerichteten Handy funktioniert und geht dort immer noch...

Great idea. But it should not compare between only 2 folders as I work with many more for different locations I'm visiting regularly.

But I'm missing one thing while geocaching. When I select a cache it was possible to see a "Hint" selection line when pushing the 3 dots on the top right.
In the new version it disappeared. Could you please bring it back or did I miss an option to select in the settings?
