Menion, can you provide an afa-version of 4.13.1?

reg. tts: screen vid Locus 4.12.0
just minor, bur irritating as not consistent. Language set is the correct one.
Started to navigate and driving with tts-commands only and using in-ears, no view at screen while driving.

Settings>Navigation>SelectVoice uses the correct language (German here), but Settings>Guidance>NotificationOfNextTurn tts test uses the english voice ('do you like Locus?'). Only in this settings-test, guidance is with correct language. I like Locus, just a glitch and irritating

Search with Baker-Street-example-link: parsing link only works with Google as source, not with graphhopper (my personal default) or bing, though parsing probably does not depent on it at all.
lat-lon-zoom-link does not work over here, see pictures what I've tried

just some comments, though I personally haven't used online-storage yet, but due to experiences with using multiple computers and devices over the years and different tools, finally syncthing (which also has its history and evolution), there are some basic conclusions or extracts
- with mobile devices there is not always data connection or data connection is limited or priced..therefore it easily will happen that synchronisation-state will temporarily be 'somewhere between'
- status of syncing is mandatory - this means status of each item (folder, track, point..whatever) and overall progress has to be precisely known at any time to full degree
- the status should be easily be visible. NOT seeing a status is optional
- no software is perfect (and I don't want to know the amount of time all the softwares have taken as not doing the job as intended by their devs) - the more logging and status is important and missing this is always at cost of people's/users time..always
- conclusion: a vote for basic infos would be a joke..if that feature is not given, best is to not use that feature at all as very very basic thoughts are not understood, that's an adventure-journey by design

Man muss dazu sagen, dass die Bezeichnungen, Namen, hier im Forum intensiv und sehr lebendig diskutiert wurden als der Routeplanner zuletzt überarbeitet wurde, was gar nicht soo lange her ist. Kein triviales Thema und die Bezeichnungen sind das Ergebnis der Diskussionen.
Ich nutze nur noch LM4 und da ist der Routeplanner eben nochmal moderner als Locus classic, das ja im wesentlichen nur noch rudimentär mitgepflegt wird.
Shaping Points heißen hier übersetzt 'Zwischenpunkt' und Via Points 'Zwischenziel'.
Bekannter und üblicher ist es bei nur 2 'Zwischenpunkten' den ersten Start und den anderen Ziel zu nennen, aber so geht das auch.
Die deutsche Hilfeseite beschreibt es ja sehr korrekt mit Gestaltungspunkt und 'über Punkt'..ja, unmittelbar ist der Unterschied nicht zu verstehen, weil viele Routenplaner eine solche Unterscheidung gar nicht haben, eine solche Funktion gar nicht anbieten.
Ich empfehle LM4, da kann man Punkte zb auch umsortieren, und vieles anderes, nicht die olle Klamotte.

I don't get 2 points, only 1, the via point.
But any noted comment or description is missing though entered and 'save'ed during shape-to-via-conversion.

Track details > 'waypoints' has the icon I gave the via point. This is probably wrong.
The waypoint-overview is sth. I never understood as it's an unnumbered list..if you have a lot of entries what's the profit of getting lost?

Im Falle offline-Navigation werden speziellen Dateien benötigt, aufbereitete Wegenetz-Daten.
Diese Datein sind soweit ich weiß auch beim 'LoRouter offline' erforderlich, identisch zum brouter.
In den Einstellungen gibt es mittlerweile einen Downloader für diese Daten.
Sollten die fehlen und der offline-LoRouter verwendet werden, dürfte es zu Problemen kommen.

Quasi de gleiche Übersicht wie beim Start von Brouter. Siehe Brouter zum Thema Speicherort, Ordner und Android 11+.

@joeloc: sharing 'KML file' not working here too. Tried with different map-sources, offline and online, in case this matters.

Bei Tracks, zu denen ich erst fahren muss, werden für mich nicht nachvollziehbare Werte angezeigt.

Das hab ich ja nur nachgestellt mit Deinen bereitgestellten Tracks und als Screenshot gezeigt, sieht bei mir ok aus - finde ich. Keine Ahnung wie es nicht ok aussieht, 'nicht verlässlich', gibt ja nur Worte und nichts zu sehen..ist dann nicht so konkret wie's sein könnte.

Sei's drum. No complaints, wir nutzen alle gerne Locus. Ob mit oder ohne Navigation oder Zielführung..

Prüfe das lieber noch einmal und mache screenshots zur Bestätigung, damit auch andere das erkennen können, relevant wenn eine Fehlermeldung erfolgen soll.

Dein geschätztes Ozi hin oder her, Locus kennt nicht Dein Vorhaben und ist so ausgelegt, dass man bei div. Wander- und Radrouten die im Netz herfügbar sind und oft in diverse Etappen unterteilt sind, ganz praktisch irgendwo einsteigt, nicht zwingend bei dem 1.Punkt des importierten Tracks - wenn man denn von weiter weg den Track zur Streckenführung benutzt.

Lass Dich zum Start navigieren und hab die Tracklänge im Kopf.
Wenn man dann auf dem Track ist, ist die Sache eh klar.

Du musst bei Deiner Strecke Start und Ziel betrachten, also auch die Richtung der Strecke.
Ggf. Guidance (Streckenführung? nutze Locus wie auch gesamt Android nur mit englischer Sprache) in umgekehrter Richtung ?
Bei mir wird als Wert zum Ziel angegeben:
direkte Entfernung zur Strecke, nächstgelegender Punkt (siehe auch Menüpunkt) + verbleibende Reststrecke ab diesem Eintrittspunkt

I suggest to pause latest brainstorming on presets for some releases and updated features, until new calls possible, probably Menion and team save existing links, ideas and comments to some MS OneNote or alike. BR

Applying presets... You think that's not clear enough? After all, people could restore settings from backup.

your comment point to a detail I first wanted to note about the help/manual but did not.
I am also saying 'applying a preset' instead of 'activating a preset'. Super nerdy detail i know.
The very 1st time I thought it might be about Profiles..thank god it's not. Reading help..zzzip, finished. Let's use that another time.
Hmmm, warning or offer 'With Presets you can reset whole Locus with two taps.' 
I doubt most do backups of settings before testing e.g. presets, might be wrong, available to Premium-grade anyway.
