Haha... For me, "Hide" is maybe the most used command and "Share" amongst the least.

I'm more thinking about and option to put these buttons into function panels - but this also is not so simple task

If they could also stay on map... I prefer the way it is now. Because outdoors, I permanently show the bottom toolbar - which has important other elements. But hey. I should get used to that doubletap-drag zooming.

Agreed, but: Do you like its position? I'm kind of uncomfortable with it, because it reaches into the top part. I'd prefer the compass button to be top left... maybe.

Nice one about the splitting of centering/rotation button. Easier to understand for newbies. I'd make it the default. Also, with GPS off and in dual button mode, there is no simple way to have the map rotate.

Menion, it has been mentioned before, there is inconsistencies in tap zones when it comes to points.

In screenshot, when I tap zone 1), it continues with point detail screen. It should do that only on 2) imo.

Everywhere else in the app, on tapping 1), it instantly displays (tracks) on map AND goes there. Which it should do here as well.

Unpacked 1.4 GB, I was expecting Locus to crash, but I get results after 18 seconds, so it is usable.

I have a suggestion for offline Geonames. The window should pre-select the country file depending on map center, if it exists.

Nicht möglich, Du kannst in Dashboards nicht auf Daten von irgendwelchen gespeicherten Tracks zugreifen. Schau mal im Screenshot, diese Daten stehen zur Verfügung  Die beziehen sich nur auf aktuelle Aufnahme und Messwerte.

Menion, why don't you feel the itch to put some analysis functions into Locus? The stuff which is in good old gpstrackanalyse.net? Like: Find and mark (on tracks) vmax, hmax, hmin, pause>n minutes... I mean you could sell a plugin and get rich instantly 😁
Or an algorithmic thing like "align track to paths/roads".
Or minimize # of trackpoints...
This kind of stuff. Because on Android, Locus is the best solution to edit/manage other peoples tracks.

As for Pause (no movement) detection. I know algorithmic it is not as simple as it seems, but Locus must already have it coded because it is able to stop adding trackpoints while not moving.

So I guess an option to add Waypoints like "Pause @ {t}: mm:ss" shouldn't be too far away.

a) Ja. In LM4 gerade ganz neu - Quick settings - "Distance Markers".
b) Genau so nur wenn Du Dir ein Dashboard anfertigst. Ist nichts für Anfänger. Ansonsten Track antippen und die Analysemöglichkeiten nutzen, die da sind.

Nachtrag zu Dashboard: Verfügbare Daten sind da aber die aktuell anliegenden. Aktuelle Messwerte, aktuelle Aufnahme. Es kann NICHT Daten irgendeines gespeicherten Tracks darstellen.

Menion, we discussed the trackpoint screen and users agreed, for track(point) analysis the Time of the point is most crucial, followed by speed maybe... Now you've put the rather static address up to almost the top. Please put it down! Even "From start/To end" are below the address...

You could gain more space by putting the navigation arrows to the upper section, IMO they need no headline.

Now those labels are much lovelier IMO! I like it. Also, the labels rotate nicely on map rotate.
Not super important, but the distance labels have no cross marker in the route planner.
I think an independent setting inside the route planner would be useful. I can see myself having 1km markers turned on there all the time (really useful for planning!), while in normal operation I will rarely turn on, just if needed.

OK, so, a global approach. Thx for implenting the DMs. I think the quick settings is a good place.
Please expose the distance markers to presets.

I think you added a line at the km places on track? It is hardly visible. I am not even sure if there is such lines.

Do you use Lomaps maps? Unfortunately, it doesn't work without them. Must be in the map folder.

Ah, thanks that's the reason. I deleted Lomaps the other day,I always use OAM because MFV4. And if you display offline Lopoints via the eye symbol, poi from both databases are shown, ie many duplicates.
