Btw. no feedback from anyone on this: now, every profile has own value for parameters, they are not shared across all of them. There was a discussion a long time ago about this, and I finally feel, that this may be more useful, mainly because more and more parameters come into play.

Definitely a reasonable change! As different profiles can have different sets of parameters, saving the settings globally makes no sense (anymore).

Das wird es in LM4 geben, konnte schon in der Alpha getestet werden.

The itinerary looks great and the reorder feature is very nice!

I have a problem with the point screen when shown directly by a tap on the map...the bottom bar is not at the bottom and therefore, not the whole point info can be seen, even when sliding up.
I think it has something to do with the soft buttons my device uses (even when they are not shown) ...unfortunately, they are not captured by a screenshot on my device.

forget mentioned tool is intent in this case. I'm a) still not sure if this is a really useful method and b) I believe it needs few more parameters, not just related to navigation but at least for track recording.

I find it very useful ;-) Please don't remove it again. Maybe implement it as opt-in via expert settings or config.cfg?
And more parameters would be great, of course!

I also see the big scaled icon (Android 5.1.1).

Btw: you forgot to mention the navigation started/stopped intent notifications in the releasenotes. But they are there and working fine, thanks!

Danke für die Profile. Leider funktioniert das bei mir nicht. Vielleicht liegts auch an meiner alten Android-Version, bin noch auf 5.5. Aber menion implementiert jetzt die intent-Schnittstelle. Ich denk damit sollte es dann gehen.

Ich habe jetzt eine Lösung über Tasker. Es benutzt dei Benachrichtigung beim Start von Tasker.

Meinst du "Benachrichtigung beim Start der Navigation"?
Funktioniert die Erkennung zuverlässig? Hast du für die Benachrichtigungs-Erkennung ein Plugin verwendet, oder direkt mit Tasker umgesetzt?

Es wäre natürlich trotzdem schöner und sauberer, wenn das hier implemeniert werden würde:

die erste Stelle ist das timeout für den Overpass-Server (in Sekunden). Wenn der Server bis zu dieser Zeit kein Ergebnis geliefert hat, wird die Anfrage abgebrochen und du erhälst einen Fehler. Das es zwei unterschiedliche Fehler sind, könnte daran liegen, dass entweder der Overpass-Server ins Timeout läuft (dürfte der Fehler 500 sein), oder mein Script bei der Nachbearbeitung (Fehler 404).

Da solche Grenzrelationen (insbesondere Landkreise) sehr groß und komplex werden können, kann auch die Verarbeitung sehr lange dauern. Ich würde erstmal versuchen, das Timeout zu erhöhen. Kann aber gut sein, dass das irgendwann zu viel für den Server wird...

Ich habe jetzt meine Tasker Profile auf "Touch Task" anstelle von "Autoinput" für die Tastenerkennung umgestellt und nun scheint das ganze wesentlich zuverlässiger zu funktionieren. Damit funktioniert jetzt die Unterscheidung zw. kurzem und langem Tastendruck ziemlich gut. Konnte es allerdings noch nicht auf dem Bike testen, da das Wetter am Klinovec die letzten Wochenenden zu schlecht war.

interesting issue with autosave. I've checked all my profiles and this is still correctly set for me. Also when set, the track is really correct "autosaved" after press "STOP" button.

Ok, I now set the autosave option in the recording profile and now it works correctly, even when stopped through track record stop intend with auto_save: "yes". I thought when auto_save is send with the intend, it is forced regardless of the recording profile autosave setting. And it seemed to work like this before...

Is there a change in action task track record stop with "autosave = on" and no name (don't know if this is relevant). It now gives a track save dialog, before it just silently stopped and saved the track.

this is definitely not some crazy unique use-case.

Please check also topic and mainly my response here: https://help.locusmap.eu/topic/live-tracking-via-webservice#comment-39912 . It should be exactly what you are looking for.

Do I understand it correctly, that this solution requires you to have livetracking active by yourself? This means you have to give out your position in order to receive the positions of others?

Maybe another solution would be to implement a service which is queryable by a kml file...?

Mit Zoomsperre oder deaktiviertem Autozoom-Feature bekommt man leider nicht die Detailübersicht bei einer Navigationsanweisung.
Wenn ich das richtig verstehe, will Freischneider möglichst immer ein festes Zoomlevel haben, um die Übersicht über die Umgebung zu haben und NUR kurz vor einer Naviagationsanweisung soll hereingezoomt werden, um die Kreuzung besser zu sehen.

Ich persönlich würde dieses Feature zusätzlich zu einem leichten Autozoom nutzen.
