logging TB/coin is only possible while online logging inside locus "Log your visit" and if the TB/coin is in your inventory you do not have to enter trackingnumber once more.

Maybe you can give a "+1" to this idea or this idea in order to support these ideas.

I got  the same message with the version 3.10.xx before. Also locus seems to work normaly.

Strange. I am using only the offical releases of Locus Pro, i. e. no test versions. Until Locus Pro 3.10.3 I never got such a message at start.

Question:
(1.) Did you install test versions of Locus 3.10.xx?
or
(2.) Maybe the "problem" has something to do with a setting in Locus Pro.

when starting Locus Pro 3.11.0 I get the error message "Probleme mit der Internetverbindung" when there is no internet connection pressent. After that message Locus seems to work normaly.

(1.) ... "in future" is very far away in the future. Let's say 30 years or so  .
or
(2.) ... you are planning to implement a "rotating arrow" in the dashboard editor as an equivalent replacement for "my" rotating arrow in the custom screen . So far as I know this is not possible yet. Or did I miss something?

[locus:action="{orient_course}"]

using Locus Pro 3.10.3 I have had a little problem with my own CustomScreen.
I. e. I build a CustomScreen with an arrow on it, which should point to the target poi (geocache).
Unfortunately the arrow did not rotaed when i move, so it points in the wrong direction.

After a few hours of testing I finally maneged to make my arrow rotate too.
I found out, why my arrow did not rotate:
I downloaded the CustomScreen found here because in that example the red arrow works as expected.
Then I found out, that in that example the red arrow did no longer work, if you remove the section

When I now add a similar code to my CustomScreen included the locus:action="{orient_course}" the arrow rotates as expected.

My question:
(1:) Is it a bug, that the locus:action="{guide_wpt_angle}" did not work, if there is no locus:action="{orient_course}" present in the main.xml-file?
or
(2.) Is it a "must have" to get locus:action="{guide_wpt_angle}" to work correctly that there is also a locus:action="{orient_course}" anywhere in the main.xml-file?

in diesem Diskussionsthread hatte auch jemand kurzzeitig Probleme mit den Themes (siehe Beitrag 2ff). Vielleicht einfach mal auf die aktuellste Version von Locus updaten, falls das noch nicht geschehen ist.

So viel ich weiß, muss man bei der Freizeitkarte auch immer die passenden Themes runterladen / installieren. Sonst gibt es Probleme mit der Darstellung einzelner Objekte auf der Karte. Oder anders formuliert: Passt das Theme nicht zur Karte, verschwinden u. U. Objekte oder sie werden "komisch" dargestellt. Dazu muss das Theme natürlich auch unter Locus anwählbar sein, was bei Dir ja (noch) nicht klappt.

Ich verwende übrigens die Freizeitkarte von hier und die entsprechenden Themes von hier. Ich installiere das Ganze "von Hand", d. h. erst Download auf den PC und dann übertrage ich die Maps / Themes in den entprechenden Ordner auf meinem Smartphone. Tipps zur Installation der Maps / Themes für Locus kannst Du hier ab der Überschrift "Karte unter Locus Map (manuell) installieren" finden.

auch ich hatte Probleme mit den Themes meiner Vektorkarten.
Mene Lösung:
(1.) Vektorkarten auf der externen SD-Karte (wie Du auch)
(2.) Themes im Ordner "\Locus\mapsVector\_themes" auf der internen SD-Karte. Den Ordner mit den Themes-Unterordnern habe ich einfach von der externen SD-Karte auf die interne SD-Karte umkopiert.

Danach waren meine Themes (ich verwende die Freizeitkarte) wieder vorhanden und anwählbar.

Allgemein formuliert, ohne es selber ausprobiert zu haben  :

(1.) Maps-Ordner in einen Ordner verschieben, der Locus beschreiben kann. Sei es auf der externen SD-Karte oder auf der internen SD-Karte.
(2.) Locus mitteilen, wo der Maps-Ordner nun neuerdings liegt.
(3.) Online Karte erweitern.
(4.) Maps-Ordner wieder zurück in Ausgangsordner verschieben.
(5.) Locus mitteilen, wo der Maps-Ordner nun wieder liegt.

Yes that is right.

This is anyway not possible. Overview is generated automatically when track is used and this process cannot be stopped. If you need to separate tracks, why don't you create a two folders and separate tracks into these folders?

That could be the solution for my "problem". But the longer I use track list the less the detailed backgroundmap disturbs me.
Another solution could be that I mark the tracks, that are not so interesting for me with a black track color, the other ones with a blue track color.

Another thougt to switch back to the world map view is that this view may uses less system resources of android than the detailed background map. But this may be a windows based fear of mine. I have very little, or better say no experiences with the android programming system.

irgendwo hier im Locus Bereich habe ich folgendes gelesen:
Kurz zusammengefasst (ohne Anspruch der Vollständigkeit):

(1.) Unter Android 5.x kann man einen Vollzugriff auf die externe SD-Karte erlangen.
(2.) Dieser Vollzugriff ist für Locus allerdings immer noch nicht ausreichend, um das komplette Programm auf die externe SD-Karte auszulagern. Locus würde dann nicht mehr flüssig laufen.
(3.) Eine Anpassung von Locus ist daher bis auf weiteres nicht geplant.
(4.) Die Einschränkungen von Locus unter Android 4.4.x gelten bis auf weiteres auch für Android 5.x.

Ich habe moch am Anfang auch schwer mit dieser Einschränkung getan. Nachdem die externe SD-Karte dann aber zwei mal defekt war, war ich froh, nur die Vector Maps von Locus neu installieren zu müssen.

Die genaue Quelle suche ich noch raus ....

This does not work for me using Locus Pro 3.9.1. If I do so the worldmap is shown for a short time in the track list but is then replaced by the detailed backgroundmap again.

(2.)

But on next opening the detailed backgroundmap is again visible

That is what I want. I take a look on the tracks I have downloaded for my holiday region. The tracks which are worth to have a closer look at should be marked with the detailed backgroundmap. The other tracks should stay on my smartphone but should be marked with the worldmap again after looking at it.

(3.)

This little map view depend on currently used vectormap  theme

OK, I understand. This may cause the "trouble" I have to get the worldmap back in (1.).
I am using the freizeitkarten vector maps I directly download from here with the corresponding fzk-outdoor-contrast theme downloaded also from that homepage.

EDIT: or do you want to have always the world map displayed?

Hello,

as described here in the chapter "Tracks List" there is a track map thumbnail for each track in the list.

When I select a track in the track list the track map thumbnail changes from a "world view", i. e. a world map without any detailed info about the track as shown here in the second selected track, to a real little preview which represents the track.

How can I reset that track map thumbnail to the "world view" back?

Du hast recht ... Ich finde das AddOn in Moment auch nicht im Google Play Store.

Versuch Dein Glück doch mal im Locus Store:
Die PRO Version des Addon findest Du dort unter "Nutzung" im Ordner "Features --> Addons".
Vielleicht ist die Free Version auch nur noch dort erhältlich.

Oder:
Es gibt ein Update de AddOns im Google Play Store und die Version ist im Moment nur kurzzeitig dort nicht verfügbar.

etwas korrigieren.

Der Unterordner "/_themes/" habe ich natürlich auf der internen SD-Karte gelassen. Obwohl ich irgendwo gelesen habe (glaube ich wenigstens), dass man diesen auch auf die externe SD-Karte verschieben kann. Habe ich aber bis jetzt noch nicht wieder ausprobiert. Damals hat Locus die Themen aus "/_themes/" nämlich nicht mehr gefunden, wenn sie auf der externen SD-Karte waren. Vielleicht hat sich das ja seit dem geändert.
