Troubles & Questions / WMS zoom problem.

Hi.
Please check WMS maps from site: http://hgis.cartomatic.pl/page/services.
Problem for any of this maps, seems like zoom >1km it's unreadable , if resolution under 1km it's ok.
Where it's problem?
