[<b> Prozess nicht erfolgreich </b>]

Beim Download von "Online"-karten komt es hin und wieder zu Fehlern.
1.
es kommt die Meldung Fertig, sollte aber ev. Fehler oder Problem sein.
2.
ein kompletter roter Balken, obwohl der Fortschritt nicht bis zum Ende gelaufen ist.
3.
der Hinweis unterhalb des Balkns sieht dann in so aus:

<b>Prozess nicht erfolgreich</b> Bitte starten....

Wahrscheinlich sollte das aber fettgedruckt werden. Kann es sein, daß da Leerzeichen zwischen den > < Zeichen und dem Text eingefügt werden müssen? ==> <b> Prozess nicht erfolgreich </b> oder ev. eckige Klammern?

Hi,
ich habe nochmal über die "doppelten" Überschriften für die "Drehwinkel Modifizierung" nachgedacht.Wäre es ev. sinnvoll, das in "Horizontale Drehwinkel Modifizierung" und "Vertikale Drehwinkel Modifizierung" in der obersten Überschrift zu ändern. Dann wäre es klarer. Besser fande ich sogar,  das in einer Überschrift zusammenzufassen und als Unterpunkte anzulegen.

Wenn man einen Track löschen will, (Longclick auf den Track, dann Delete)  wird man gefragt: .... Trackwirklich löschen (zusammengeschrieben). Hier müßte noch ein  Leerzeichen + Hochkomma  eingebaut werden.

I downloaded a small area of the OSM Cyclemap in highest zoom level as offline map
I wonder about the difference between "zoom in" possibility with Locus and p.e. OsmAnd. Even in highest zoom level with Locus I get a view compareable with OsmAnd at about 100m (with the CycleMap)
With OsmAnd touching the  + Button I get a view at 50m and even 20m with next press the + Button.

a. Why have I to lock (?) the map in locus for higher zoom as ca. 100m?  Is it because of a difference between online/offline Map?
b. Is it possible to implement a scale on the map like |_100m_| or |_50m_| ?

Scenario:
Starting gps to get fix. Now you get the position circle. After the gps fix I started recording tracklog.  
So I start walking, the circle changes to the direction arrow and track logging begins.  All is fine.
If I make a stop, the direction arrow changes back to position circle. OK
But if the gps begins to drift while pausing myself, you can see the position circle moves too and the track will be looged further.  After a while you can see a strange looking track on your display.
Does it make sense to log the track only if the position circle has changed to direction arrow and while the position circle is displayed, track log would paused automatically?

It´s a bit strange. I can´t get the external gps mouse working together with locus. The current position is not shown.
With other apps it works.

since download maps with mobac and smartphones becomes more and more restricted, is there a way to merge or combine dowloaded tiles (p. e. with Jtiledownloader) into sqlitedeb format?

Hi,
the sort order for tracks is a little strange.
11.01....
12.02....
13.01....
and so on. If you have a lot of tracks stored, it´s hard to find the latest.
Maybe I don´t find how to sort. Any suggestions are welcome.

Is it possible to integrate data fields for different informations?
P. e. for speed, average speed, distance etc.
For better understanding what I mean, you may have a look  at the screenshot here: http://www.trail.ch/forum/showthread.php?tid=352 .
At the second "line" from the bottom there are 4 data fields, that you can configure by your own with informations you want.
It´s also possible to hide this fields with the Aventura

While "Gps Essentials" is already searching satelites with enabled GPS, it seems that I have to start/enable gps within locus once more?

2.
The Mororola Defy has a WVGA Display, so that maps of Openstreetmap must be locked in the highest zoomlevel to make in possible to get a "higher" zoom for reading the street names.  On the other side the lower original zoomlevels are not usable  on a smartphone. Is it possible to get the highest "normal" zoomlevels for readable street names?

Hello,

last weekend I downloaded maps from an area about 50 x 50 km to my Defy. For testing (going by train) I would like to use these maps. But it seems that I have to enable the online mode to get the tiles on the fly. Could you please explain, which settings are necessary to use the offline mode. settings/maps/offline mode/ is marked.
As I walked a little around I didn´t  notice that, maybe, because the tiles were loaded online and the area was to small for downloading more tiles on the fly.
