At the moment I can zoom in/out with hardkeys. Is there a way to use the hardkeys in an other way too?
P.E. to move the map or to set a waypoint?

If I record a track and change some settings in between p. e. "no lock screen " it is neccessary to restart Locus to apply this change. After restart the red button of track reckording is still "pressed", but Locus doesn´t record further. So a warning should pop. (Seen on Defy).

With QV6 you can convert a Tif map to RMap format. The default is : Projection=3,Transversal Mercator, 9, 0, 0, 3500000, 1
P.E If I place an OSM online map that shows Munic on the display and now I want to change to the new created  RMap, with Munic inside of course, Locus shows a warning, that the map is out of view range or something similar. What is wrong with the conversion?

With the new board software I can't open/read any thread with Tapatalk.
Any advices?

with the SGS2 you are able to handle the FM-Radio even if the main screen is locked.
So if I´m walking with the phone in the pocket, it would nice to get some quick informations without unlocking the display and probably switch to Locus.
Is it possible to get some informations from Locus on the locked screen too? I think about informations for speed and recorded track distance like the Locus track recording widget?

If I record a track I get some strange behavior. First it seems to be normal like:

a few minutes later I see this:

If I save the track it´s normal. and all ok. (Saved track displayed with Routconverter.exe)

if I use the second tab from left at the bottom for choosing the view direction it seems only to show the last moving direction. It doesn´t matter if the compass is switched on or off.
P. E. Coming to cross of streets, stop, the direction arrow becomes a circle and I turn 90° to the right the last moving direction (-90°) is shown as "view direction". I have to move some steps into the right street, (my view direction) to get the correct "view direction" on the map. I didn´t see it in older versions of Locus as far I remember.

Das hat, soweit ich weiß, einen Barometer. Kann man mit Locus den Barometer zur Höhenmessung einsetzen?

where is the best place to put *.rmap maps and what is to do, to get them displayed?

I created a route with navigation infos with with Google Maps and stored them under MyMaps. The route was calculated automaticly and shows on Google Maps all streets and directions with navigation information.
After downloading these routes and importing them to Locus there are only straight lines on the map.
I would like to use the complete route with Locus. Is it possible to convert the route at least to follow streets and/or perhaps with navigation infos too?
Otherwise it would be easier to create the route with Locus directly.

I tried a bit with online navigation and compared it to google maps on PC.
It seems that Mapquest is not able to use ferries so I must use Cloudemade. That works, but Cloudemade offers very different routes to Google Maps.
You may try perhaps London --> Dublin --> Glasgow.

My question is it possible to implement google navigation too within Locus?

is it possible to activate the keyboard automaticly after touch the search icon p. e. for adresses?
At the moment, if I want to search an address, I must always touch the empty address field to get the keyboard.
Maybe a very, very small change for you.

Germany (Nordrhein-Westfalen) ist defect at zoom level 9 in the west of Münster (white screen). I loaded the newest.

I just wonder, why ways through forests are not choosen for shortest ways by foot. It routes me over streets around the forest.
If you try the same "goal" with a Garmin device p. E. with the openmtb map it works. Does Locus use Google routing even if I use an OSM vektor map?
But maybe a handling problem.

I wonder why I get "mapy brak" (no maps) if I scroll to west. With Firefox on PC it shows other countries too. :?:

I added already successfully a WMS server from Germany (NRW). I had to type p. e: http://www.wms.nrw.de/geobasis/adv_dtk100. (nice)
It takes a while for loading and it needs a few megabytes,  but it works great with the blank map.
But how can I add other wms server? Must I add a xml file with the getMap capabilties?
Is there already a description?
I´m looking for a WMS server of/for Sardegna and Corse. If you have a good one already please let me know.
