Ich verwende bei meinem S10 den Samsung Flipcover. Wenn man den Cover schliesst bricht die GPS-Trackaufzeichnung ab. Offensichtlich schaltet das Cover Locus ab. Verwende ich eine extere GPS mouse ist alles ok. Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme und vielleicht eine Lösung?

I use a Samsung S10 with Android 10. When using my Samsung Flipcover, S10 seems to go into background and all Locuswork and intern GPS closes down. When using an extern BT-Gps-mouse all is ok.
Any idea using intern GPS with clothes flip-cover ?

I think the clear view cover from Samsung switches Locus tracking off when closed. When open all is ok.
The cover interacts with the smartphone by a magnetic surface which interacts with the smartphone.
Or it shields the gps antenna. I am not yet shure what is going on when closing the cover.

When I clolse the cover of my S10 trackrecording stopps. It resumes when I open it again. Any idea to solve this problem.

Nach Umstellung auf Standard konnte ich eine kleinere Datei vom Store mit Erfolg laden!
Für die Bayern-Karte ist offensichtlich der Speicher zu klein, damit wieder Abbruch.
Ich helfe mir nun dadurch, dass ich vom Store die aktuellsten Karten auf mein A5 (Android 7.0) downloade und dann diese Dateien am PC auf die SD Karte meines Android 4.4.2 lade.
Wie sollte eigentlich auf der SD-Karte unter ExternLokus/ die Dateistruktur aussehen?

Ist sie wie in meiner Anlage abgebildet richtig?

Ich bin ein uralter Locus fan  . Und habe viele Stunden in den letzten Jahren mit der verdammten Google SD-card Aussperrung herumgequehlt. Und immer wieder ging irgend etwas nicht mehr, wenn ich in Locus etwas geändert hatte. Insoweit bin ich kein greenhorn mehr. Aber auch alte Hasen sind vor Fehlern nicht geschützt.

Auf meinem Samsung N8 (Android 4.4.2) ist das Herunterladen von maps nicht erfolgreich.
Alle anderen Funktionen sind ok. Fehler T: Unable to initialize target file.
Wo kann ich den Fehler suchen?

no I have made no attachment phontos, all photos are georeferenced by exposure in my S4.
I want to see the whole combined track and all the poi (hotels, and other) in a pc map.
I just am trying to show it in Google Earth Plus. But up to now, I see only one track in once and not completion of all tracks.

I the meantime I have recovered all my pictures and all the Portugal-tracks, only the last one couldn't be restored, which is not important. I also learnt  much more about the great feature of backup within Locus, I did not use up to now  .
I am a Locus user nearly from the very beginning and a bit old (81  ) .
In the manual I also found the way to recover destroyed db-files with sqlite-tools-win32-x86-3130000.zip.
Diskdigger.exe helped me to recover my lost pictures.

Now I want to send the whole Portugal-track to the other people travelling with me. I exportet all tracks as gpx-files.
I tried some software tho show it in the pc (gps track ananalyse or my tourbook). But in none I can import the tracks and the poi all together.
Do you know a preferrible programm to do this job better?

I renamed tracks.db.back into tracks.db and my new empty tracks.db was overwritten.
I startet Locus again, I got no error message and tracks was loading over half an hour, then I stopped. But after a new start tracks windows still was empty.
Then I made an other atempt: I saw here in the forum to try the  sqlite3.exe procedure. In first run I got an ok with the tracks.db.back.
At the next run I got a new database, which had 11,1 MB  and not 11,3 MB as the tracks.db.back.
Now I used the 11.1 MB file and Heureka: All my tracks are back  .
up to a last recorded track on May 17  19:34 h. 

After that date someting must happend to my S4: All tracks made on May 18  and all my photos from May 17  16:18h to May 18  17:00h  (stored in DCIM of the micro-sd-card) are disapeared. After that time all is ok again ??

What do you mean with: << Hi, ehm ... where should I download your "sos" directory? .>>
Do you see a chance to get back also the May 18 ??

But I am very very happy to have most days in Portugal recovered. Many thans !!

I just send the Locus\data\database directory to Dropbox SOSLOCUS  directory.
I hope the tracks.db.back file can be restored.
