I would not believe those numbers one hundred percent. I don't know how much Locus consumes. But maybe the first app to start GPS will get the penalty and the other one will not receive anything from the GPS consumption.

Locus Auto Screen OFF TIMER:  xx seconds.   Free user xx seconds setting.
Locus Gesture Control: 1x (MTB/handlebar) or 2x wave (Hiking) : Free user setting.

Maybe that can be included in tracking profiles to avoid manual switching.

The new beta crashes when I select a vector map (works OK in pro). The crash log has been sent.

I believe that if Locus is mission critical for my next adventure then I do not update it right before that.
And having a bug corrected in a few days is EXCELLENT. I do not know any other software where the support would be as quick as here, so you shouldn't worry. People will correct those stars once it is fixed :-)

I have started it a few times with different items visible and no problem on Xperia p, stock Ics.
However I can remember that I have seen once! a crash at start not so long ago but before the newest version. (Maybe a month ago, but then it started all right for the second time)

- will try to find native English speaker (finally) to create perfect English translation (also for Locus itself)
- will try to find native German speaker to create perfect German translation.

I believe that is an excellent idea, I have seen people to express their concern about it, so this should help a lot!!

I guess that data is slow from the GPS thus the delay is not in Locus. Check roaming around and you will see that it takes time after you stop to show 0 kmh.
Maybe the stepping could help you if it were of finer grain.

I believe that there is no way to do that either. If you want that as a feature, then you should add it at help.locus.com. :-)

Settings are not remembered on the import screen. Steps:
Go to points tab
Click on three dots of the folder then import
Select file
The checkboxes on the next screen are not remembered (e.g.: fill altitude, show or not, empty the folder)

I have set it up exactly as in the manual, but here you are
(Always the newest pro from play store. (I have not tried tracking with the free beta version.)
