I have got around a hundred points plotted.

I usually plot the points on google map before traveling to the place.
However the map is wrong so the points are also wrong... /.
Map offset corrected the map and I can get my actual location when I arrive there, but I may not get to the points easily.
I have no idea how it can be done better /.

edit

after thinking again, if i can choose, i would like to have gps location adjustment rather than points coordinates offset
the reason is that after i recorded a track with correct gps location, if i import the track to google map, the track will not lie correctly on google map...
or maybe i should find google support instead of locus support, and ask them to let me set map offset in google map instead

Hi, I have got a problem again and that makes me to have an idea of points coordinates offset setting.

Previously, I had spotted some points on google map, exported the points as kml and import the points to Locus.
Then I applied map offset to the map, but the points do not lie on a correct place on the map.
So will that be possible to have points coordinates offset setting in Locus or GPS coordinate adjustment?

I see. I get what you mean, just that I had never created a navigation track.
If that is done intentionally, I will just import the track and points separately next time.
Is it a new feature anyway? It seems I could import in the way I hope maybe in August.
Also you may display a checkbox to enable users to tick for navigation if Locus detected the imported kml contains 1 track + x points.
Just a suggestion, its okay for me haha :P

Hi, I had problem in importing kml file.
My kml file contains 181 points and 1 track.
However, after loading the kml file, it only display the categories of track for me to choose.
The categories of points is not displayed for choosing.
And finally, after importing, only the single track is imported to Locus, no points is imported to Locus.

I had imported different kml files in the past and it is the first time i encountered this problem.
May I know the reason of that? Or I can just ignore this and wait for version 2.7 for the new storage system?

edit
Oh, maybe I had spotted out the problem.
I had tested to add and delete track from the kml file.
Below please find the results.

181 points + 0 tracks => Only Point Category displayed (Correct)
181 points + 1 tracks => Only Track Category displayed (Incorrect)
181 points + 2 tracks => Both Point and Track Category displayed (Correct)
181 points + 3 tracks => Both Point and Track Category displayed (Correct)

So maybe it just cannot detect the points when the kml file contains only 1 track?

Hi I got the same problem too and I solved that too.
I have to say Locus is the best Android app again!
It includes every functions before you really need it!

Hi Menion,
I know there is altitude correction in the Locus GPS setting.
I would like to know if it is possible to have location correction as well?
It is because I realized that the GPS location is shifted a bit in some countries.
Thanks,
Hoi
