I found that on classic the Google assisted location makes it worse (on my motorola). Out in the open I see in the topbar a horizontal accuracy of about 4 meters. I think you should not expect more.

Hier (noch) mit 3.69.2 classic. Beim Hiken verlassen wir ofters den Track aber beim zuruck kommen auf den Track wird die Zielfuhrung automatisch fort gesetzt.
Strikte Routenführung ist aus.

Ah... is LM3 able to use Mapsforge V4+ maps? Do you use OAM maps?

Sorry, Dont't know. I only use the latest OAM maps (V5).

Thank you. I had one nice hike with it already. Easy on the eyes. Shortly I will use it in the hopefully sunny Alps.

Ich denke mwdb topicstarter ist mit dem Rad unterwegs. Weil wir als Wanderer öfters bewust von der Track abweichen, soll bei uns das Display doch abschalten ohne weitere Eingriffe von wegen Accu Verbrauch. Also bitte nur als wählbare Option

Zugspitze bei Garmisch? Mit Suchmaschine Google finde Ich sie direkt. Haken bei rundum usw nicht gesetzt. War auch ja Zuhause auf 600 km Distanz.

Ja das geht. Anmeldung via Google hat hier gerade geklapt.

Nur zur Seite: gestern beim Route planen frierte 3.64.1 ein und folgte eine spontane Neustart von meine Motorola mit android 12. Diese Locus version habe Ich erst kurz drauf. Ich behalte es im Auge .

And all other screens in Locus do show black system bars. Without the actual buttons on this screen shot.

They are white but white on black is better than white on a quite visible and therefore distracting map. I also tried immersive mode in expert settings but other then the description it just hides the system bars.

Since 3.63.x these are not solid anymore. This makes the android buttons hard to see, especially in sunlight.
First image: android 11 and 3.62.1 you can see the empty black bars at the top and bottom.
Second image: android 12 and 3.64.1
And I would even the locus right side bar to be black.

How do you start the camera when the screen is turned off? By a hardware button?
And what version of Locus and Android?
