unfortunately that usgs online map did not show any of the blm layer???

I'm not a coder and can barely get this stuff working.  I tried to add the url you provided under "BLM" in providers.xml attached.  Can you please correct the code so put works if possible.

you have a links area on the bottom of track info that is often propagated by Garmin when tracks come from basecamp.  See attachment.

you have editable links in points...why not tracks?

I often bring in tracks and want to attach where I found them or additional links about the track.

Can you explain why one would use Lorouter over Brouter?

Is the backend data different or does Lorouter use the same as brouter.

When I reinstalled v4 fresh did it write over the previous brouter downloaded data??? or since it is a separate app it did not?

I had to rebuild my system yesterday and I cam upon this menu somehow???  Where is this located?

I typically use Brouter pick the squares download them.

With a reinstall I had to do the other day, I re-downloaded a Lomap and also chose the routing data.   Apparently Lorouter uses Brouter so am I downloading the same squares just in another folder.

I'm about to get tasker.  Can I assume that the links Tapio posted will go in to the app and become clickable and create a waypoint and save it with time/date as name?  But the audio recording part is still conceptual?

As an adv motorcyclist  we seek many of the same trails.  I believe I have seen the mb ratings on other maps.  You could possibly overlay one of those .  Also seek out mvum maps and data.  Lastly we always import all our gpx files so the tracks use the slope data....this really helps.

wow this is like watching rocket scientists at work...you have lost me but I am watching.

how about a set duration then save without the save action.  ie...I press a button on my remote (not android phone) and it triggers a waypoint in my track I'm recording and begins and audio recording and ends in 10 seconds and saves by itself.  That would work great for me.
