Nach einigem Fummeln ist die Erkenntnis, dass LM4 sich immer dann, wenn ich die entpackte OAM-Datei unverändert in das Vector-Verzeichnis spiele, ein eigenes Verzeichnis erstellt.

Die entpackte Datei hat immer die Endung "_oam.osm". Benenne ich jetzt z. B. "Niedersachsen_oam.osm" in "Niedersachsen" um und spiele die Datei in mein vorher angelegtes Verzeichnis "OAM-Freizeitkarten" wird dieses in LM4 auch entsprechend angezeigt (s. Screenshot).

Der Screenshot des internen Speichers zeigt die angelegten Ordner richtig. So wie bei Kodela sollte es aussehen, bei mir sieht es eben nicht so aus. Beim Verzeichnis Maps ist es komischerweise aber richtig (wie bei Kodela).

Noch einmal, das ist kein großes Problem, aber es stört mich einfach.

Ich bin gerade dabei, mein neues Tablet einzurichten.

Dabei fiel mir auf, dass - wie auch bei anderen Geräten die Anzeige von Kartenordnern eigenartig ist.

Ich habe im Verzeichnis von Locus unter MapsVector zur besseren Übersicht die Ordner "OSM-Freizeitkarten" und "OAM-Freizeitkarten" angelegt. Unter Locus zeigt er aber statt "OAM-Freizeitkarten" "Europe Germany" an. Das Verzeichnis "OSM-Freizeitkarten" wird dagegen richtigt angezeigt. Auch wenn es nicht überlebenswichtig ist, nervt es mich. Hat jemand eine Erklärung dafür?

I can only hope that once changes have been made to the switches, firmware updates will not reverse them.

I can't test that at the moment because we only have overcast weather, so the dimming isn't noticeable.

So ganz verstehe ich den Beitrag nicht. Du startest einen Track und steckst das Gerät dann in die Jackentasche?

Da sind dann natürlich alle Überraschungen möglich. Ich schalte in diesen Fällen immer die Sperre ein, um zu verhindern, daß aus Versehen irgendetwas verändert werden kann.

Insofern hatte ich bisher weder bei  LM 4 noch bei LM 3 diese Probleme. Zudem kommt immer eine Sicherheitsabfrage. Selbst wenn das Programm ohne Beantwortung beendet wird, bleibt der Track beim Neustart erhalten. Der Track ist nur weg, wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet und neu gestartet wird.

Irgendwie stehe ich auf dem Schlauch. Ich habe sowohl in LM 4 als auch in Locus Classic meine Punkte in Ordnern sortiert (z. B. Bänke und Hütten).

Wenn ich "schneller Punkt" in LM 4 aufrufe werden mir die Ordner angezeigt und ich kann den neuen Punkt sofort in den Ordner einfügen. Rufe ich den schnellen Punkt in LM Classic auf, wird kein Ordner, sondern nur die Meldung "leider keine Ergebnisse" angezeigt.

Wo liegt mein Fehler?

Gibt es eigentlich eine Möglichkeit, nur die Punkte in eine Cloud zu sichern?

I fully agree with Freischneider's statement. Personally, I use the leisure map from Openstreetmap (https://www.freizeitkarte-osm.de/android/de/index.html). I adapted the theme for myself because the theme wasn't rich enough in contrast for me. But just try all maps and themes.

it's not that difficult to find the sensor, at least in Germany. Thanks to your tip I found the sensor in question on Ebay and then entered the term "SensorBlue WS07 SMart Hygrometer". Using the images then shown in Google, I was able to find various suppliers of this sensor. The only difficult thing was that the sensor appeared under different names from different suppliers. At Amazon alone, this sensor is available under at least three different names. Just compare the image of the sensor.

Since Amazon grants a right of return and does not charge any shipping costs for Prime members, the risk is relatively low.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for making it possible to include the "RainToday" app in the sidebar.

I've been in navigation for a long time. I started with Oziexplorer and Pathaway over 20 years ago, then TwoNav. I tested Garmin, Komoot and OutdoorActive and ended up with Locus Map. This app is indispensable for me. In my opinion, it is the best and most versatile on the market. Now that the Samsung problem with dimming has apparently been solved thanks to a tip from the forum, I'm really perfectly happy at the moment.

The service is also good, so I'm happy to pay the annual subscription costs for the gold subscription. So once again my thanks to you and your staff.

I just received the sensor. Briefly connect Locus to the sensor and the temperature is displayed immediately. This works even faster and better than with the Garmin sensor and ANT under LM Classic. Thank you both for the tips.

I have now received a reply from the supplier. Shipping costs of $35 are due for delivery to Germany. The sensor is therefore still very expensive.

When googling I got u. a. found the following sensor: "Brifit Thermometer Hygrometer". This sensor looks exactly like the WS 07.

At Amazon, this sensor costs only €13.59. I will test it once to check whether both sensors are really identical. Maybe I'll turn to you again with a question.

I just see that the back of the sensor also says WS07 (see picture). So it does appear to be the same sensor.

I sent the seller an email and asked him if this was really his offer.
