Und aus dem Beitrag von Graf Geo, dass ich im Routenplaner schauen muss. War ja auch naiv von mir die Routingprofile und deren Zuordnungen in den (Lo)Router-Einstellungen zu suchen... aber jetzt weiß ich es ja.

Issues faster solved than reported - thx, much appreciated! Please also consider offering a way to access the profile settings from the "navigate to" dialog again.

Also ich finde es immer noch verwirrend: Ich verwende oft einfach ,,Navigate to" und wäre nie darauf gekommen die Profilzuordnungen im Routenplaner zu suchen – Routen plane ich nur am PC ohne Locus. Und lt. Hinweis im Dialog soll es wohl auch in Zukunft nur im Planer zur Verfügung stehen.

Im Routenplaner habe ich dann erst einmal versehentlich 15 neue Profile hinzugefügt, da man nach dem Click auf ,,Übernehmen" keinerlei Rückmeldung bekommt.

Und woher soll man wissen, dass man ,,Transparenz" wählen muss, um Profile Ein- und Auszublenden?

Couldn't find this functionality. Is it implemented? I don't mind if the people from Locus map know who actually made the photo, but I don't want that it is published under my account name. Not being able to set an alias keeps me away from adding photos.

that is really a pity, also that it wasn't announced earlier (at least I haven't seen it). If it was, I for sure would have bought some routes before the termination. Can you give more details about the reason?

Of course I also plan my own routes, but that takes time and usually I don't make the effort to add a decent description. Sometimes it's just very convenient to use available routes. And I also thought, that it is in your strategy to add even more routes in the future and maybe even offer a way to share them inside the locus map community?

Any chance to get Rother (or an alternative) back in the store?

es ist zwar irgendwie auch charmant, wenn das TTS-System ,,Track" (in ,,Trackabweichung") als [trak] ausspricht. Trotzdem würde mir glaube ich [trɛk] besser gefallen. Im Gegensatz zum Hinweis im Manual scheint es wieder (?) möglich zu sein eine eigene de.tts zu verwenden. Offen gestanden scheue ich aber den Aufwand die ganze aktuelle englische tts zu übersetzen (die de.tts auf Github scheint nicht aktuell zu sein). Sehe ich es richtig, dass gynta sich bei der Übersetzung engagiert? @gynta: Wäre das eine Verbesserung für die nächste Version?

Btw. if no absolute path is given the file has to be in /Locus/data/import (or relative to this.)

I think it would be worth to add the html capabilities in the manual (maybe in the section "Save Route" on this page).

I added some simple html to the description directly inside Locus. In principle the content renders o.k. in the detail information of the track. However, in the track folder the html code is visible (see screenshots). Moreover, the linked image is not displayed.

In the (exported) gpx the part looks like this:

I wonder if it is possible to add photos to the description of a route (not attached to a point, just a photo in the description). Looking at the rohter routes I bought in the Locus-Store in principle it should be possible. However, I couldn't find something about this in the manual. Is there a way to do this?

I want to get back to this statement:

General rule: "The app that turns the display OFF must turn the display ON".

I find this behavior really annoying as I quite often change to other apps when locus is in navigation mode – think of taking photos, web-browsing, messengers, etc.

Since Android P there appears to be an alternative method for apps to lock the screen – https://www.xda-developers.com/android-p-action-lock-screen/.

So it seems the rule above is not general anymore and I really would like to see the new method implemented in Locus. What do you think – is it worth to make a feature proposal for this?

ab Android 5 lassen sich nur Karten, Höhendaten und Backups auf die SD Karte verschieben.

Da sich das Verzeichnis ohne Fehlermeldung auf die SD legen lässt, bin ich auch schon darauf hereingefallen.

Die von Dir angeregte Simulation erübrigt sich, da das "Live-Erlebnis" bei mir eindeutig ist.

Dass der Fehler Auftritt ist doch unbestritten. Egal ob mit Locus selbst oder mit ,,Fake-GPS" kannst Du jedenfalls einfach zu Hause verschiedene Szenarien testen und evtl. auch aufnehmen und in den Helpdesk laden. Ich verstehe, dass das nervt – Fehlersuche sollte nicht der Job des Anwenders sein. Ich persönlich würde das dennoch lieber daheim durchtesten, als mir eine Tour davon verderben zu lassen.

Ob's mit GraphHopper funktioniert ist mir ziemlich egal, da ich BRouter nutzen will, was ja bisher auch relativ problemlos möglich war.

Ich will dich ja nicht von GraphHopper überzeugen – ich benutzte selbst BRouter. Der Gedanke kam nur daher, dass offenbar nicht jeder das Problem wie Du bzw. ihr habt und irgendwie muss man dem doch auf die Spur kommen können. Du hast ja auch schon den Verdacht geäußert, dass es an der Schnittstelle liegt. Das könnte man bestätigen.

Ansonsten kann ich dir nur anbieten, dass Du mal einen Beispieltrack hochlädst und ich den dann mit den zwei Handys die ich habe teste.

Ich kenne das eigentlich nur, wenn bei der "Display Aktivierung" auch "Durch Gesten Steuern" eingeschaltet ist. Dann passiert es relativ einfach, dass das Display versehentlich und unbemerkt aktiviert wird. Wenn das Handy dabei z.B. in der Hemdtasche ist, kann alles Mögliche passieren...
