The clipboard coordinates seems to be fine for the first tests    Thanks for bringing them back.

But I still miss the clipboard on another important screen. See attached picture. Without this old feature it takes me now some more extra steps. Please bring them back on the old page.

Regards search > this is not a new week's work. We've planned it and worked on it for more than a year. I'll push my colleague to give a full explanation here, if needed. Anyway, suggest testing it and thinking about what situations it complicates and if there is an option to keep the new system as is and provide some kind of shortcuts. I can imagine, for example, editing coordinates directly in the "Edit point screen" etc.

I am still not happy with it. Small buttons and then you need to scroll around to get the right one. The grid was much more better.

Btw I use more of the half times the clipboard to add or edit a waypoint. This is totally missing now. It was earlier a choice to add a new waypoint and also on the grid. This makes it currently not usable for me why I switched back to the last regular build on my main device.

ah,so the edit of coordinates > this is a big change in recent Beta versions. We completely removed the old "Grid" screen and integrated all into the search screen. No functionality should be lost, and all features are directly in the top row. So the edit of coordinates, projection etc., is all at the top row.

the old function was great. All in one view no scrolling that was fine. The most important for me "clipboard" and then "guide too" I didn't find yet.

Puh this change I don't understand from UI side. Maybe it has technical reasons but this is not helpful and I really don't like it. Sorry for saying that.

can't add points > please specify. I see no problem with this functionality.

When I choose from a Geocache -> Waypoints  -> plus sign -> add new waypoint. Then I get a useless screen. Tested with two different devices.

4.33.0.9 and 4.33.0.10 both have the problem that you cannot add any additional waypoint.

not sure if it's only beta version related (4.29.0.3) I get several times the attached error. Not sure if the last sync worked only with the release or also with a previous beta version.

I just tried these days the RC11 as first version of my library v2. The migration worked fine with my 70000 points and  300 tracks. If the speed stays like this than I am more than happy - locus never was so quick with opening a folder. Sometimes it takes up to 10 seconds or longer here it was just a click and I was in the folder.

The new search behavior is awesome.

I did only play a bit with it because I installed it not on my regular used locus device. So currently I did not notice any problems. Only one litte design thing. The icons of the folders, points, Geocaches have been better on the old version here they are too small.

I'm looking forward for the release. Thanks for the great work

I just had an idea and it looks not to bad so far. I setup my device not to shut off the screen while charging and then I started the GC Offlinizer once again - now it already as over 60% after more than one hour. Seems to be stable I've seen some errors but this could have other reasons...

So I guess the reason of my problem is that the systems goes in sleep mode. Since last update I configured my system not to optimize battery regarding locus. This seems not to help in this situation.

Maybe locus could be changed to keep the screen on while GC Offlinizer runs?

the GC Offlinizer is a great tool. But I have a little problems using it.

If I'm right the best way to get all pictures (spoiler and listing pics) I only have to click on 'use api' checkbox.

When I try to download pics for a few thousand caches it often stops and does not continue. When I restart the process it often happens again at a other percentage.

I don't know why it stops. If it has to do with the GC server or with locus. The network works fine.

Maybe adding a skip this cache button may help or (another) timeout.

A more verbose mode would also be fine to see on the list what file currently is downloaded.

Thanks for all your thoughts.

They seem to work but are not quick enough. Pressing on the map center is not accurate enough for Geocaching. I still had hope that there is a kind of "hidden" function in the compass or satellite view to get it copied.

I'll have to think about and maybe I'll look for a third party app for this function.

I know a way to get the current coordinates into the clipboard. I just have to edit/add a waypoint and then it's an easy way. But:

Is there any easy way to copy my current position to the clipboard e.g. from the compass page or somewhere else? I need it often and so I'm looking for a comfortable way.

when I open a geocache and then click on the line where coordinates are mentioned I get a popup to change the coordinates.
But this popup has empty entries on the left side where should be "N,S,E,W"

I mentioned that a Geocache, which is disabled AND has corrected coordinates, does not have the little asterisk on the right upper corner.

It's not so important to have this "fixed" but sometimes it would be nice to have this information.
