I managed to solve the problem by reinstalling Locus, but it is quite depressing to reinstall Locus after the update to display the solved caches.

But what I did not find was where to edit the configuration file config.cfg. I use GC Summary icons to edit the cache icons and to use it, I need to edit the parameter "geocaching_icon_pack", and change it to "geocaching_icon_pack=GC-summary.zip". But I did not find this parameter in the new config.cfg.

Yesterday I had an unpleasant experience while searching for caches with Locus. All resolved caches are in the Unresolved folder, which I regularly update and upload to my mobile phone, the path is \\: Galaxy S24+ Device \Internal Storage\ Android\ Media\ Unresolved. This path is also set in Locus in the System Manager settings / Custom subdirectory. So far everything worked and resolved caches were displayed in Locus. After the last update, Locus stopped displaying these caches on the display and only displays caches via the "Live Map". I see the uploaded cache folder in the Media folder. I don't know if the problem is with Google or Locus, or where I should upload the folder so that Locus can load it. Thanks.

In the new version of Locus, the option to define a list of friends' names that was under the username used on Geocaching.com has somehow disappeared in the Geocaching settings. Could you please bring it back? Thank you.

Dá se prosím, v Locusu nastavit velikost a síla linii kurzoru? Přešel jsem na nový mobil S24+ přenesl ze zálohy Locus a nastavení, doinstaloval mapy a vypadá to, že všechno klape až na kurzor-šipku. Mám vybraný kurzor Locus (v.2014), který jsem měl i na starším mobilu a tam byl krásně viditelný. Na novém zařízení je kurzor tak titěrný, že ho stěží vidím a musím si zapnout "Zobrazit pohled" abych viděl , kde se kurzor nachází. I když si ho v nastavení zvětším třeba na 150%, linie kurzoru jsou tak tenké, že je málo viditelný. Spíše se zvětšuje úhel Zobrazení pohledu, než kurzor, který je pak na displeji moc velký. Potřeboval bych to obráceně zvětšit kurzor a Zobrazení úhelu pohledu nechat menší.
V minulých verzích šlo nastavit tento parametr viz. http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:advanced:customization:config#guiding_path_symbol, ale v novém config souboru jsem tento parametr "guiding_path_map_symbol" , který definuje tvar těch šipek, a barvu slo nastavit pomocí map_items_guiding_color a map_items_guiding_color_bg , nenašel.

After the last update, every arrow pointing to the cache is pointing me somewhere else. The blue arrow points the other way, the red is correct. I've already rebooted, reinstalled Locus, but nothing helps. Is there any way to fix this. Thanks

I turn on Locus and a clean map without cache appears. I have to turn Locus off and on several times (about 3 times) to get the cache to appear in the Locus map. I use an offline map and have the cache database downloaded to Locus.
If Locus is running for some time in the background, lately very often a message about losing login credentials appears (screenshot of the error).
what do you mean by the "cache icons"? - cache (kešky).

After the last update there was a problem with the cache display in the Locus map. Whether I have the cache database loaded in the Android/data/menion.android.locus/files/Locus/data/geocaching directory or via the GeoGet4Locus plugin, I have to turn Locus off and on several times to get the cache icons to show up. Before the update, everything was running normály.

I'm a computer layman and I don't know how to make some items visible, like the direction indicator (arrow) or the color of the digits or the size of the window on the dashboard. That's why I'm turning to the community, because some dashboards were created by some. Thanks.

Obracím se na kačerskou Locusáckou komunitu. Uměl by někdo předělat některý již existující nebo udělat nový dashbooard (přístrojovou desku) v Locusu na použití pro geocaching? Stačila by tři nebo čtyři pole: šipka ukazatel k cíli (ke keši), vzdálenost, která zbývá k cíli, nadmořskou výšku popřípadě rychlost nebo ujitá vzdálenost. Větší písmo a možnost nastavení průhlednosti nad mapou. Co se zobrazuje nyní při navádění ke kešce v Locusu je pro mě dost malé. Děkuji moc.

I'm reaching out to the duck locus community. Could someone redo an existing or make a new dashboard in Locus for geocaching use? Three or four fields would be enough: an arrow pointing to the target (cache), distance remaining to the target, altitude or speed, or distance covered. Larger font and possibility to set transparency above the map. What is displayed now when navigating to a cache in Locus is pretty small for me. Thank you very much.

after some of the recent updates, when I turn on the Locus GC "live" map, an orange window appears with the text and error codes Unfortunately, the live map does not work now. Reinstalling Locus didn't help.

po některé z posledních aktualizací, když zapnu v Locusu GC"live" mapu, zobrací se oranžové okno s napisem a kody Bohužel, tohle nyní nefunguje. Přeinstalace Locusu nepomohla.

Vložil bych náhled s hláškou co se zobrazuje, ale nikde nevidím jak vložit přílohu. Tak po boji se to podařilo.

tak jsem v systémovém nastavení c:geo proklikal všechny linky, ale nic se neprojevilo v přístupu na web, dělalo to pořád stejně. Po dvou dnech najednou při kesování jsem si potreboval otevřít kesku na webu a po kliknutí na GC kod se keška otevřela v prohlížeči bez spuštění  c:gea. Co to způsobilo nevím, ale teď se otvírá, jak jsem si představoval. Díky za pomoc.

Když mám v Locusu otevřenou kešku a po kliknutí na GC kod chci ji zobrazit v prohlížeči, vždy se mi nejdříve otevře C:geo a potom přes něho si otevřu prohlížeč. Vím, že to dříve šlo přímo otevřít prohlížeč z Locusu, ale nevím jak to nastavit. Díky za radu.
