Samsungs haben oder hätten doch auch Probleme mit zu straffe Energiesparung. Trackaufname war dan schwierig.
Für uns sowieso nur reines Android, kein ballast. Letzte 8 Jahre nur Motorola für uns.
In 2024 fast 2500 km wandern und hiken, immer mit Guiding an. Batterie komt einfach die lange Tagen durch. Helligkeit prima. Fūr rund 250 euro haben die prima "Locus phones".

Ok, good job. I did the same and here the time updates every minute.
I then added "satellites all" to this dashboard and the numbers for active and total seen satellites seem to update about every 3 seconds.
I think we need @menion here to help. Cannot imagine any setting that influences this.
What phone make and model and Android version are you using?

Go in the dashboard editor and make a simple test dashboard that should always work. With one value only. Like the height (höhe). Choose it and tell us what happens.

Guck mal bei Aufnahme Einstellungen/Profile. GPS Genauigkeit auf 50 meter oder höher einstellen.
Hier noch nie Probleme, übrigens mit Motorola handys.

Ah so. Falsch verstanden. Ich dachte du meinste der gps punkt auf der Karte . Das ist dan nach unten verzetst und abgedeckt vonwegen drehende Karte bei navigation. Weitere Anpassung im Diagram habe ich keine Erfahrung mit.

Your theme is my main one for 99% of my hiking / running use cases for its clarity. Thanks.
Btw, I recently did more MTB than before and in areas where lots of trails are cycle forbidden.
Is there a way  which I missed) to see with your theme those forbidden paths for cycle?
Example : Tapiola theme

 vs Elevate
Elevate is displaying red crossed paths.

Maybe switch on "access restriction indicators" but I don't know if these work for bicycle restrictions. They do for hiking.

I see. It is about the total length of the track being higher than 100 km. Tapping anywhere on it never gives a decimal.

Correction: I see a decimal when either start or end point is less than 100 kms away.

For shorter distances I use the distance rings and the scale at the bottom of my Locus Classic screen. But always a decimal would be handy.

Good suggestion. For orientation it would be helpfull if the analyzer mapview showed my active points in the visible area.

I would like this too. Currently we are on the Slovenian Juliana trail of some 250 km. The supplied gpx shows also 16 suggested daytrips/stops as points.
We always use guidance and that offcourse shows distance to the final point and not the day's endpoint.
