I'm testing OA maps and it seems to work correctly. It is possible, it was only a temporary problem on their web server. May you give it a second try, please? Thanks.

As @freischneider wrote (not directly) ... it is complicated. The explanation was written in many places, but simple: Amazon refuse to update Locus Map without proper explanation.
