thanks for the reminder about older posts. The first is more on @Radim V , I've informed him. Second about HEIC ... well even the latest Android 13 on Pixel 5 is unable to take photos in this format. Your Samsung device is capable of?

hmm, nice. Understand. I see a few solutions
- ignore this, oki, not ideal
- make this button semitransparent so the color on problematic pixels will change during usage
- make this button auto-hiding like the rest of the main screen UI (technically problematic because the button is connected directly to the map, not the map screen)
- allow hiding it completely, something I do not want to do because I still believe that copyright is must-have when using maps based on OpenStreetmap and others.

I'm choosing a change of style ... so the next version.

uff, so many found issues, I'm impressed, thanks!

"Search for backup" > backup manager was moved into the Settings into the new category "Backup & filesystem".

"Notifications" > improved

"Dashboard list" > this is really really interesting. I'm unable to simulate it. In my case, the app always inserts a small gap at the bottom of the list. Hmm, I have no idea why this happens, sorry.

"Login screen" > I've plan to invest some time into this one, so thanks, note to "TODO" list added.

thanks for the report regards the NTRIP client. I think I've found a serious problem when the client reconnects after any connection problem. Should be improved in the next version. Hope it will help to audio-coach as well.

KMZ is not supported in the map manager so it is ignored. Anyway what you see is older problem with using maps from deeper directories. You may use an alternative solution and name your directory "LoMap_split". The ending "_split" cause that all maps will be handled separately. Otherwise, app tries to merge maps in your subdirectory into a single "multi-map".

Info in the quick settings is really weird and I currently have no idea how to fix it, sorry. It works to me on two devices correctly ...

All seems to look correct in the NMEA messages, so I also have no idea here, why xDOP values are not visible here, hmm. I'm also checking the dashboard if this works correctly and seems so ... damn. Will be watching it ...

thanks for the log. I see that the app tries incorrectly read RTCM messages, so I've for now disabled some "message analysis". It should work in next version, thanks.

Because of optimizations, the compass should be disabled when the screen is off. Anyway good point, I'll look at it. In the worst case, I should at least disable rotation animation, so it should happen instantly.

slowness after the change of style is caused by the future created a few months ago. App now automatically refreshes preview during import and when something changes. So these 120 previews take some time, hmm...

when i turn on this app locus uses GNSS +NTRIP EPS-BW as "Mock Location" with the desired accuracy ~1m

locus is still terminated as soon as I press "save".

the issue with the "hide" is really weird. This happens when you use points stored in the internal memory right? No matter what I try, I can't simulate it ...

mapping any route to roads is called "map matching". Quite a complex problem that is for example solved by GraphHopper (the app does not use it), but as I know, BRouter does not support this feature. It is anyway more a task to Arndt than on me, sorry.

Size of buttons: an area that reacts on the click is big enough, only the icons are a little smaller. On your device, it looks (again) a lot worst than on mine. Hope you will have a higher resolution one-day .

Track editor: when you open the track editor from the main map screen with any trackpoint selected, it should automatically open editing options. When you describe allows to fine-tune selecting of the trackpoint before you start editing. I think it is fine as is to be true.

Movement of the popup: it firstly needs someone skilled with drawing/graphics, who should redraw the background image with the arrow. Our graphics is currently filled with huge list of tasks and already have a delay 

"i" button is not a "track info", but a "trackpoint info". This button should be visible in case, any track trackpoint is currently selected.

really interesting. Once you choose a map, try to tap on "Choose Theme" and select any of the internal map themes (button on the screenshot) please. Does it help?

• Re-set of backup directory, in case you use a directory on the SD card, is expected. It has to be set again, sorry.
• slow vector maps - interesting, noticeable difference?
• Presets - V4+ themes - only "General" really exists. We do not have prepared more themes for V4 maps. Map screen content > Themes - display themes for currently active vector map, so you probably have LoMaps, so all V3 themes are available
• itinerary - in the Route planner, side menu > Route stats > itinerary

The keyboard problem is interesting. I'm using only original device keyboards, but never noticed any problem. Even if I install same keyboard you use, I'm not sure, I can solve this on my side

fine. I've noticed the same issue during testing, so fixed. Visible text, in the case of complex HTML, is not perfect. I'm anyway not sure, if I may do something with it ... probably not, sorry.

Hmm, I'm testing it on Huawei P9 Lite, there is probably not the worst device and it took 300-500ms to open a menu. I've double-checked code related to it and there really should be nothing that may slow down this operation.
