I have used my own collection of raster maps (calibrated for Ozi Explorer) converted to sqlite by Global Mapper in Locus Maps without any problems for many years. However, in recent releases (in the past few months) Locus Map started corrupting these maps, thus changing their extension and making them unreadable and unavailable from the maps menu. I have to rename them manually (which is not that simple in Android) to make them visible again, but very soon Locus will corrupt them again. Any solution? Maybe convert the maps to some other format that Locus can read? It's really frustrating.

Today the tablet (Samsung A7) prompted me to install the latest update of Android, and I reluctantly accepted, praying that it doesn't cause havoc with my Locus Map installation again. When this previous new variant of Android 11 was launched, I already had a big move of the maps to the private folder on the SD card, and managed to configure everything to work (although Locus Map had a significant pause every time before it showed the checkmarks screen in the process of initiation). And now, the first time I started it after installing this latest version of Android, it simply doesn't start  Has the long pause with a black screen after the "Loading" screen again, but never reaches the checkmarks phase, and just for a brief fraction of a second shows the main app screen (but without the map visible behind), before it exits to desktop. And however many times I try to start it, it's the same over and over again! So great, the "newest" version of Android obviously somehow crashed my Locus Map installation 

Do you have a better suggestion than backing up all the map folders (it will take a while), then uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it again? When I think about the time I'll need to set up everything again, I really feel very, very much pissed off. And I wonder - is this going to happen whenever Google decides to "improve" something in Android? How come other apps don't have the same problem???

So I managed to move the maps to the private folder both on my Android 11+ phone and tablet, but on the tablet (Samsung A7) I had to do it via my Windows laptop. None of the three suggested third party file managers can do the job completely. X-plore comes the furthest - it can open all of the folders and view the content, it can even create new folders within them, but can't copy the file contents 

My question is - does anybody know of some file manager that actually has full control of private folders on Samsung A7 tablet? Or some other Samsung tablet, I suppose they all work similarly. It would really be helpful if I had full control over the files, without the need to resort to an external device for it.

Thanks a lot, that was the right solution! In this custom screen that I used in my sample image, it was the top button of the right sidebar.

One more question - when creating dashboards (not custom screens), it isn't possible to change the font of fields, is it?

There is something puzzling me - in all your snapshots the custom screens are without the blue bar at the top, but I don't seem to find a setting anywhere to remove it (pressing the back arrow on the bar exits the custom screen). How do you do it? Here's what a custom screen on my Android phone looks like.
