My Maps/My Places isn't placed prominently in the new version of the desktop maps, but if you click the gear in the top right corner it is shown, but as they haven't built in the new platform yet it takes you back to classic maps. I can see how you might be worried they'll kill it off and so don't want to waste development cycles on it, but what about Google Maps Engine? It was recently released and you can import maps from My Maps into it. See my map here: https://mapsengine.google.com/map/edit? ... Cdi2VLG7WY

When trying to pull down the list of maps available from Google My Maps through Locus I get a Received 307 status code error. Only optionis to hit Close and it takes me back to main map. Any ideas?

I just received a new GNS 2000 (details here: //http://www.gns-gmbh.com/index.php?id=233&L=1) and Locus seems to be having a problem with the NMEA messages coming from it. Most of the time it reports no fix even though a bunch of satellites are visible and have strong signal. Android App Ultra GPS Logger doesn't have this problem.

The GNS 2000 supports GLONASS and running the NMEA messages through gpsview throws up errors on those $GLGSV messages, not sure if Locus is expecting them or not?

A quick scan through the messages and I don't see any proprietary ones like the problem with the XGPS-150 you fixed (here: //http://forum.locusmap.eu/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2660&p=17806&hilit=bluetooth+fix#p17806)

I've attached a sample NMEA output and below are some lines:

It is worth mentioning that I have seen Locus intermittently finally detect there is a fix but it seems like it's only when I have a poor signal indoors, almost like the device is reporting more satellites than Locus is expecting and once it drops below a threshold (or stops getting $GPGSV messages?) then it's happy.

You've done an amazing job with this app! So glad I found it! This is perfect for hiking around the UK because it gives access to OSM maps (and offline!) for good footpath info and allows me to record tracks and works well with my external bluetooth!

Displaying MyMaps tracks on the screen or even just easily importing them from MyMaps would save me a lot of time in downloading/converting/syncing to phone/displaying in locus. I like to trace a route I'll be walking and save in MyMaps and having this instantly in Locus would be icing on the cake.

Thanks again for a great app!
