I'm sorry if this is a wish already mentioned, but here it goes:
I like to use my bycicle to go geocaching, and most of the paths I use are not in maps.
I select the geocache and turn on the guide line. My wish is that at this point the map would switch to the best zoom that don't hide my position and the destination. As I'm approaching, the zoom would adjust itself so I can see the best paths at the best resolution. (I use google satelite or hybrid map)

Very good feature. It worked perfectly for me.

Connect directly to a pocket query.
Ability to filter by country or state.

Do you have plans on implementing the auto-zoom according to Actual Position -> Destination (When guiding is on?)

I was looking in Quick Settings.. maybe it makes sense there, no?

I've downloaded test version but couldn't activate this feature. How does it work?

As stated in another duplicate thread, besides the dynamic zoom according to speed, my wish is that the dynamic zoom would be the best to fit actual position and destination position, if there is any, disregarding the speed. That wooulb be awesome when walking or cycling because the path to follow would be visible in the best way everytime.

Just an ideia:
when Guide is on, the map could change zoom automatically to fit the actual position and the destination in screen in best map resolution. This can be optional.

I'm having problems with the widget. "Error loading Widget." The buttons don't appear.

I've been away from forum but using application every day. It's getting better and better for geocaching.
Saved me a lot of dnf's in places where 3G don't work.

I have 1 suggestion:
Can you add one more option for downloading offline maps, which will download with greater zoom around the visible POI's?
The user must draw a rectangle, just it is now in "selected area" option, but in zoom levels the user would select 2 zoom levels (min and max) and the system would download tiles with bigger zoom levels only around the cache zone.
That would make zoom levels with holes... I don't know if that's good in Locus.

In my oppinion there should be no limitation if the user is connected with 3G. If it's on Wi-Fi you should decrease download speed to something acceptable to the servers. Or even start download at full speed and slow things every 1000 tiles.

I would be very happy when I see this in Locus:
In map mode, only the POIs that are to be shown should be loaded. It's too slow to use a category with some thousand POI's.
For Geocaching, I think it should have a quick filter system (maybe set in preferences), so I don't see already found, inactive and Waypoints.
Also when I deselect the category and select again, the filter was reset.

what about an widget with the nearest POI and the distance to it? If in Track mode, then can be the next POI near the track.

I was with wifi connection inside a subnet.. I turned 3G on and it worked. Now it works always. Maybe this can be useful to someone. Can be closed.

Just bought the pro applicattion but I'm having a problem when starting Locus. It shows error: "error communicating with appcenter" and shows "not licensed".
Any suggestion?
