No - internet connection is for 100% working (even checked on 4 different providers - other apps are online and working) and offline mode in Locus is disabled. Thanks for suggestions.
I "solved" problem by uninstalling Locus (+ all addons), deleting all Locus data from /external_sd, reinstalling Locus and make all settings factory default.
It is not nice way and for sure not normal procedure for making application goes right... but I didn't have much time :/.
