Hello,

i bought in June 2015 the German complete map.
I remember and i actual read it in the store that you offer a one year guarantee for downloading the map.

I have no problem to download now the 2 Maps instead of one but i don´t want to pay for it a second time.

Do you have a solution for me?

Hallo an alle,

ich habe mir im Juni 2015 die Germany (complete) Karte von Asamm SW gekauft.
Nun muss ich mir die Karte erneut laden, nur kann ich sie nicht mehr im Store finden.
Es sehe dort nur Karte für Nord und Süd Deutschland.

Ich lese nun schon seit drei Tagen im Board und die Suche liefert mir auch keine Ergebnisse.

Die Karte sollte doch ein Jahr nach Kauf downloadbar sein oder?
Gibt´s da irgendein Ordner mit alten Files oder wie komm ich dran?
