Imho ist (für mich) in erster Linie die Displayhelligkeit und Größe wichtig!
Ich nutze mein Handy als Fahrradcomputer... das Display ist daher immer an, muss also auch bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung gut ablesbar sein.
Akku ist sekundär, weil ich eine Powerbank nutze

Dunkelt denn das Galaxy S22 Ultra nicht ab? Das S21 Ultra kann man nicht benutzen, weil es automatisch abdunkelt.

Gute Frage, denn auch bei mir steht eine Neuanschaffung bevor ... und im Moment steht das S24 auf der Ideenliste.

Ich habe 'track' jetzt mal mit 'dreck' ersetzt ... das Ergebnis hört sich ganz gut an.

I had observed and read about the new features with the new library in the forum, but trying it out is something completely different.
after installation everything was converted smoothly and then I started to re-sort and create my directories... and then I realized the really huge potential.

Ich habe die Uhr bis jetzt unterwegs noch nie nachladen müssen. 👍

Da ich Dashboards bis jetzt nicht genutzt habe, die Import Möglichkeit auch nirgends finden könnte 🥴 ... wie kann man dieses Dashboard einlesen?

Hallo, ich nutze seit einem Jahr die Galaxy Watch 4 classic ... und das Zusammenspiel mit Locus klappt hervorragend.
Man sieht den track, die eigene Position, die Navigationsanweisung und die Geocaches perfekt.
Ich nutze die Watch vor allem um zwischendurch mal wieder zu schauen, wann die nächste Abbiegung kommt.
Beim akustischen Signal für Routen Abweichung kann man auch prima auf die Watch schauen wo es denn eigentlich hingeht.
Das einzige, was ich noch gerne hätte, wäre dass man einen Geocache anklicken könnte und dann eine Kompassfunktion nutzen könnte.
Habe ich irgendwo im Help Center auch schon mal nachgefragt ...

Aber alles in allem eine tolle Sache, die nebenbei viel Akku spart, da ich das Handy unterwegs kaum noch brauche. 👍

Tatsächlich hatte ich das Problem jetzt auch schon einige Male.
Ich musste meist nur einmal Locus beenden und wieder neu starten ... und schon ging es wieder.

I just tested the old search option.
I have selected Google as the search engine and can also enter a search term. But when I start a new search, the input dialog only appears briefly and the old search is repeated ...

Ich nutze Locus Map schon sehr lange zum Navigieren beim Wandern oder Motorradfahren.
Das klappt eigentlich richtig gut.
Ich kann mich aber erinnern, dass ich früher auch einmal Probleme hatte als ich die Routen nicht in locus sondern woanders geplant hatte.
Du schreibst ja auch:

Vielleicht verursacht dass das Problem.
Es kommt nämlich, glaube ich, darauf an wer wann die Navigationsanweisungen generiert.

lab caches > and do you have disabled "Incl. found by me" at the end of the filter?

Yes, of course ...

And the shown lab caches are correctly marked as found with the FoundLabIcon.

Integration of lab cache is great ...
