I recommend to give your tracks the right name ;o)

eg.
"2014031013220_mytrack"

That still won't auto-filter which tracks are shown on the map.

I've created a feature suggestion page:
http://help.locusmap.eu/responses/add-option-to-only-show-last-n-tracks

Thanks!

Yes, just last N tracks is even better/simpler!

Wishlist / Filter tracks by age

It would be nice to be able to filter displayed tracks by age (for example only show tracks created in the last N days) to avoid cluttering the map. This parameter could be in the track group settings page.

Use case: I save my cycle rides and track runs every day, and after a few weeks the map becomes unreadable and quite slow showing all these tracks. I still like to see the last few previous tracks for reference so I manually deselect older tracks once in a while. Ideally this process could be automatic.

Thanks!

Quote from: "gynta"Hey Arnaud
Your timestamp is wrong again

And..
Nice bike trip!
You've sent data over 23 hours

In guest login the 100 points limit was increased to 300 now.
So your trip is completely visible.

What's going on in the national park?
No network connection?

Ah yes thanks about the timestamp, it should be fixed now...

Network coverage isn't very good in the middle of Wales :)

you're welcome.

After checking the server database i see, you have set a wrong date format. probably "yyyy-MM-yyyy..."

btw.
nice trip - more than 17 hours.
Thanks, it worked very well and my family was happy to be able to track my progress in near realtime :)

I actually used tasker (not locus) to post my position every 15 minutes at first, then switched to every 5 minutes when I saw that it wasn't using much battery. Still had 60% left after 17h (the Galaxy Note 2 has a large battery!)
