That would be a very useful integration, especially for displaying the e-bike battery and assist level directly in Locus Map.
Hopefully an extension can be developed to support Shimano's proprietary BLE protocol and record these values in GPX.

I agree, adding geocaching to the iOS version would be a fantastic extension. Hopefully it is already on the roadmap for a future update!

This does indeed look like a bug introduced by the latest update, especially since the issue appeared immediately afterward.
I would recommend reporting it to the developers with your Locus Map version, and meanwhile trying the search directly from the map if that option still works.

In Locus Map 4 version 4.35.0, the guide line does not update while I am moving. The distance shown in the navigation panel also remains unchanged, although the correct distance is displayed in the waypoint details.

I checked the settings but could not find anything that might cause this behavior. This is one of my most frequently used features, so the issue makes navigation significantly more difficult.

Could you please confirm whether this is a bug or whether there is a setting I need to change?

Buying an Android device with offline maps for the Balkans and Eastern Europe makes good sense. Also, if you have an eSIM plan with good regional coverage, it can be handy to have mobile data available when traveling across several countries, especially for traffic updates, weather or occasional searches, while still using Locus Maps offline. The prices and coverage vary a lot from country to country, so it's a good idea to compare the different options before the trip. I'd be most interested in impressions from those who've used one for several thousand kilometers, especially in terms of vibrations, sunlight readability and the reliability of powering it directly from the bike
