What about adding a Bluetooth external GPS? My external GPS battery lasts 10-15 hrs and my Droid X2 lasts much longer then with internal GPS.

Exellent work around until you can fix the problem. Perhaps you can write the extra waypoints to a new group and not to temp memory. Or generate them when you load a GPX file and use a new button in Points to show them or not.

You are correct. It seems limited to some number... I have a catagory of 4300 that crashes. Not sure how many extra waypoints are in those geocaches?
I can select a subset of 3600 tradition caches and option 3 runs fine and shows 633 additional waypoints, but I think that is close to Locus's limit now because it becomes very unstable.
When I remove the parent geocaches, the temporary waypoints still show, but with the red line still showing that now connects to nothing.
The temp waypoints are not stored in any catagory and I can't see a way to turn them off and on again without deleting and building them again.

The first 2 options work fine, but - Menu > Functions > Geocaching tools > Load all waypoint (which is what I want) causes a force close of Locus and removes all of the Points on the screen on one of my Categories of geocaches that are from GSAK export with extra fields box checked.
I can't wait for the manual to come out so I can learn more cool features.

Is it possible to show addition waypoints (on the map) of a POI? Such as Parking waypoints of geocaches?

How about different icon for the 5 different size traditional geocaches?

Colors still don't seem to work (ver 1.16.1) at least red and purple.

Testing complete of Import GPX files from SD card. I have not tested import of PQ with geocaching live yet. Import - Overwrite, now adds logs. Thank you, but one small problem... Logs are not in date order.

I like your answer. If memory is not a problem, 50 is great. I have Pro version but I think working release is only for free version so I will test in free version. I see no new choice on import, so I will choice Overwrite.

Yes. I think you need a setting to limit the max number of logs otherwise file size may get too big. I would set my personal limit to 20.  I want to import 6000 POIs each week with 5 new logs. Perhaps the file size will grow too large is not limited. Is there a memory limit for loaded POI files that needs to be controlled? I know the GDAK addon limits the total POI import to about 4000.

My tomtom does this - alert and highlight the POI symbol and display distance, but no blue line...

Wow-thanks. Just tried new version of pro. Much clearer now. I was able to directly log a cache!!! And save logs offline to post later. Fantastic!
