Oh yes, presets.
I checked my three presets, but they all had automatic zoom disabled.
So I cleared everything out and created a new preset: now autozoom remains disabled on reboot.
Maybe a conflict between presets, in any case problem solved.
I am very grateful for the help received, personally I would have remained bogged down who knows how long!

Thanks for your answer, but I don't think I understand what do you mean.
I disable autozoom, close Locus, reopen it and find autozoom re-enabled.
Is there another setting to check out?

Not exactly the same but still problems with autozoom. I don't know from which version, but it didn't happen before: I deactivate autozoom, when I restart the application autozoom is always activated. I tried to remove the parameters (feature disabled), but it activates anyway and goes into autozoom during navigation. Very annoying.
