is there a theme identical to that of the BERGFEX map in terms of graphics and data displayed?
Or can it be downloaded or purchased to work with Locus Maps?

My answer is a bit late, but the Hike, Ride & Sight! theme for OpenAndroMaps lets disable tracks (and many other features individually).
