I just try to work as it should seem logical: if I have a (comparatively) huge screen, a decent physical keyboard and a mouse with which I can easily position precisely on the computer and a browser application for LOCUS MAP, why should I then use the (comparatively) tiny screen, the virtual keyboard of a smartphone and my thick men's fingers to set points?

At Locus Maps, you treat the browser application so neglected ... it is really not fun to work with it.
So I still couldn't decide to an annual subscription. Instead, I jump from monthly subscription to monthly subscription - I'm just not convinced yet.

Please, could anyone from the team contact me by email, I have a productive idea/suggestion that I don't want to discuss in public.

The pictograms are not available and POIs with symbols that have been synchronized from the Android app are shown with a standardicone.

Definitely not resetting my settings within an app - you can just try it with Google Maps. Everything stays as it was, all search results, all additional information windows, he screen is simply redisplayed.
However - and this is the most important thing here: the data is reloaded from the server, including changes to the cloud data by uploading changes from the smartphone (cloud sync).

Web portal & sync / POI Libraries

Why are the POI libraries of the Android version not available in the web version?

When I refresh the website, all libraries are made invisible and I have to switch everything on again laboriously that I need to work.
This is really annoying! >:(
Is it a bug?

Here in Germany, there are many bans and restrictions in nature reserves (NSG) and national parks (NP) - sometimes you get the impression that you need "official permission to breathe" in nature...  ::) (best applied for 3 months in advance in writing and subject to a fee)
In other countries people are invited to visit nature, here they are banned...  :'(

It is therefore very important to be able to see the national park boundaries very clearly on the map!
This is not clear enough in the LoMaps!
In large parks with detailed boundaries, it is not easy to see which side of the border you are on. This is solved very well in OSM: The border has a color gradient - dark on the outside and light on the inside. If LoMaps are based on OSM, why doesn't Assam Software use this representation for the LoMaps?
In Locus Map only "OSM Classic" shows this border representation, the "OpenHikingMap" also only shows a simple line!
