There was a projection matter (BD_ORTHO & Scan25 didn't come at the same place, even if suposed to be same projected !! ).

Yes, Settings Map Size was OK;
I've supprimed the ".sh" and created the "run.bat"...but didn't work at all.
I've finally found this //http://www.ordinoscope.net/index.php/Informatique/Softwares/Mobac_%28Mobile_Atlas_Creator%29, then pasted in run.bat (modifying the 512 / 1024 ^^).

If that can be helpfull to anyone... ^^

i've tried many things :
- create a "run.bat" files containing the specifications you give;
- change values in ths "start.ch";
- opening .jar files in order to find some "run.bat";
- entirely modify the start.ch (copy/paste from the given code);
- I'm quiet sure forgetting something... ^^

Can't anyone advise me, please ?
That's really boring : the only encountered difficulty is the MOBAC limitation on created files size (>485Mo)

[java -jar Mobile_Atlas_Creator.jar -Xmx 1024M]

I suggest to run Mobac with custom "run.bat" file, containg:
    java -jar Mobile_Atlas_Creator.jar -Xmx 1024M
 this allow mobac to use enough memory to download really big maps

I'm not sure to well understand the steps before.
i've tried to create a file "run.bat" with the code following, but got always the same response : " MOBAC can't create file more than 455 Mib" (something like that ! ^^ 'scuse me, I'm french...you don't know how it's hard to be !! :mrgreen: ).
Doesn't work (should guess I mean ! ^^)

So, can someone give me more explainations please ?  :?

EDIT :

I've finally foune a "start.sh" which contains a string like the one concerned.
But my modifications doesn't work : what should I do ? Erase all and just copy / paste the code in the post below ?

Thus, I still note the same (second) problem : they appear between Mali & Niger....  :evil:
It can't be a projection problem, because this raster has been made by IGN (National Institute of Geography).
I think I should forget something during or before the export...
So, I've tried to reproject my raster (both session and registered), but nothing seems to work.

Has anybody encountered the same difficulties ?

Thanks a lot for this great idea !! Even if I don't manage to do all the job...
In fact, I can't see my tiles in MOBAC...

I resume my steps (apologizes for my poor english...):

1 - ECW in Global Mapper.
2 - Export Web Format => Google Map tiles
3 - Copy of the folders in the root of xampp (htdocs)
4 - settings.xml modified => Scan25_BIBI (french humor ! ^^) appears in MOBAC sources
5 - I'm still looking for my tiles...

I had note something wrong with my tiles, after export from Global mapper :
test lot of tiles concern Vaison-la-Romaine (Vaucluse - France) ; opening the hmtl genrate by GlobalM, tiles appears between...Mali and niger !
Should be a mystake in my cooking...
Even if I look for them in Africa in MOBAC, I still can't find my tiles.....!!!
My first ECW is in french coordinate system lambert3 carto - WGS84; can it provide from a projection problem ?
Although, Global mapper well overlay the ECW and the tiles...
Zoom problem ?
I've tried too (with soom 3) : I still can't fin my tiles...

So, please...HEELLPPP !!!
