Also ich habe mir dafür einen Ordner angelegt der "loggen" heißt. Dahin verschiebe ich nach einem Offline-Log immer den jeweiligen Cache. Wenn ich ihn dann komplett (im Internet) online geloggt habe, verschiebe ich ihn dann in einen weiteren Ordner der "Logs" heißt.
So behalte ich immer die Übersicht.

Nein, das funktioniert leider nicht. Du kannst dir aber auf der Waymarking-Seite eine (bzw mehrere (pro Seite eine)) .gpx-Datei erstellen und in Locus importieren. Dann hast du zumindest die Punkte drin.
Loggen geht leider auch nicht. Nur online direkt auf der Seite oder über chilehead.us-Seite.

Nice work again, but there is a bug in the geocaching logging section.
If you want to log there is only a single line to write into. Even on a   RETURN there is no linebreak.

Hi again.
Just a short question because I didn't find it in the doc and don't want to start a new post.
I enabled all waypoints of my geocaching points with the geocaching tools.
Is there a way to disable them again? I don't want to see them all the time. When I disable and enable all points the last state is shown (all enabled)...

Hi,
I actually have a very strange behavior on opening a (single) cache (GC2200G).
Every time I click on the icon (on map or folder) Locus crashes. All other caches work fine.
I already deleted it completely (even in directory) and reinstalled it. Same happens as mentioned above.

But I already found a new issue in the new (and very good) logging of geocaches from the field notes button on main tab of geocaches.
After the successful log Locus crashes and restarts.
I couldn't reproduce it, because I only had one found today ;-)

Beklagen will ich mich auch nicht. Die sind schon gut. Wenn man "nur" wandern will, braucht man auch nicht mehr. Beim Cachen sind mehr Informationen, sprich auch mal alte Wege, die ggf auch nicht mehr so gut sind, aber oft sinnvoll. Und wenn der Weg, der in OA noch drin ist,  dann eben tatsächlich nicht mehr da ist, nimmt man halt wieder OSM.

Da gibt's etliche Beispiele.
Schau dir nur mal die Gegend westlich von Mendig an (N50 22.200 E007 14.200). Die Wege, die da bei OA angezeigt werden sind noch alle da, während OSM fast nur Wald anzeigt.
Das ist hier in der Gegend aber so gut wie überall so. Sobald es in den Wald geht, sind fast nur die Traumpfade in OSM. Gut, die sind dann wieder aktueller...

Also ich habe die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht.
Aber: da sind oft noch Wege drauf, die es auf z.B. OSM nicht gibt. Und auch viele alte Wege sind noch eingezeichnet. Ich nutze sie als Overlay zusammen mit OSM zum Geocachen. Da hat man dann die aktuellen und auch die älteren Wege, die es teilweise auch noch gibt. Diese Kombination ist für mich perfekt.

After coming home from holidays and working a lot with the app I found some problems while geocaching again.
1. If you write a really long offline log and later you want to load it up as a fieldnote you only get a one line checkbox and not the normal 4 lines. That's a bit to tiny
2. If I open a cache listing and just want to update the logs nothing happens. The option to update whole listing first is turned off. Update process with complete listing works.
3. When I add a waypoint and change the icon to final position the wrong icon for final is displayed on the map. I have to change it again then it's correct.

4. The switcher discussion of themes is already ongoing. In my opinion old system is better, because now I need one more button on the main side menu that I use but not very often. On the main side menu I only like the buttons which are often used. In the quick settings it's better. Perhaps you can offer both possibilities?
