Trying to download the Thailand map. The progress bar get to 50%, and the download fails every time. Suggestions please. Thank you.
Delete cache (search in Locus options), retry, use alternative from openandromaps.org
Sometimes LoMaps as well as OAM suffer if the device has reached its limits when trying to unzip.
Using OAM you can download the zip file manually and use a capable file manager like x-plore to extract the .map and the .db file (latter not including the address data, though).
Well, I think I have tried everything to no avail. Deleted cache. Freed up an additional 4gb on my phone. Retried installing the Thailand LoMap. Still fails at the 50% mark.
Tried the online install @ openandromaps.org. Fails. Downloaded and unzipped manually. Try to import. Gets to the import screen where you specify the target directory. Click import, and nothing happens. :-\
Had to do a complete uninstall and reinstall. Everything working now.
