Title: Basic Synchronization Question
Post by: timothyriley on January 14, 2023, 06:30:43
According to the Web page "How to use Locus Map on a PC?" it states: "If you have activated the Premium Gold package, you can see in the web library all your routes and points that you have created, recorded, or imported. All your devices that use Locus Map under the same account are synchronized with the library."

I have activated the Premium Gold package.

When I go to the Planner and click on "My Library" it says: "You don't have any data here yet. Synchronize the data in the application first."

I've looked everywhere. I can't see anything in the app that allows me to synchronize my data. Could someone point me to where that function exists?

Thanks.

Aha! That was straightforward. Thank you for your quick reply. I didn't equate "Cloud Sync" with synchronizing the library (for some reason). It might have helped if they would use the actual function name in their text.

I'm not easily intimidated by software, but there is so much going on in Locus Map that I tend to get brain fog after searching for a while.

Thanks again.

Hi, there is also "sync with cloud" button directly in the track/point data manager.

Even easier, although I hadn't noticed that button and I'm not certain that I would have deciphered the icon on my own.

Thanks.
