Title: LM4 license

I installed LM4 beside LM classic ... but my abo isn't found by LM4.

What could be done?

LM classic is not an abo.
But you'll get a discount for the first year of LM4 abo.

To be more precise ...
I have a silver abo since starting abo licencing but I couldn't use LM4 because of the unreadable display in full sun.
Since yesterday I have solved the display problem ... installed LM4 again ... but my abo (which is still active and paid ;)) isn't 'detected'.
I have entered my correct user data ...

The Asamm team has people to help in such a case. But I saw such topic in the help/problem reporting forum in the past rather than in this discussion forum.
I suggest opening a ticket there.

Hi guys, as Michael wrote.

Just, be sure you have logged in to the Locus Map 4 app under the same account, you used when purchasing Silver. It does not matter which account you used in Google Play, the only important is the account directly in the Locus Map app.
