Print Page - Offline map scale question

Title: Offline map scale question

Hello!

I have downloaded OSM classic map at scale 24 for my region (Moscow, Russia). Online map have house numbers, but on the offline map I can't zoom in, so the numbers become visible. What do I do wrong?

I use Locus Pro, downloaded today.

mainly step 5, where are you selecting zooms you want to download
