I want to make a route with waypoints, but I cannot name them: 1, 2, 3 4, etc ... is there a possibility?

how are you creating a route? Directly over "Route planner"? In such case, you should be able to create via-points (blue rectangle) and name them. Check the manual page here (https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:tracks:planning#add_via_points). Does it help?
