Title: Information mode
Post by: cnschulz on May 19, 2020, 08:30:57
Hello,

Im wondering if there is a way to switch to "information mode" so you can click on the map and get information about the layer you have clicked on? There are many different colours for tracks etc and it would be great to just click on something and have it tell you. (Similar to clicking on a route)

Any help appreciated

Hello,
this is an interesting idea, unfortunately nothing like this (so no direct checks of map content under finger) is currently possible.

It is quite surprising that tapping an actively recorded track doesn't display more information either. A reminder to an old suggestion here (https://help.locusmap.eu/topic/getting-informations-about-points-of-current-track-without-the-need-to-save-the-track).
