i am not able to build a exeption for the URL in Firefox

It's Ok balloni. I'm trying to change server that host our help desk site. The old system was old and not reliable, so we try to move on the new web. Hope it will work during today :)

Hmm, this new webhosting has some weird problems with database access ... restoring the previous system, sorry for the delay.
