Title: Green dots on map (openandromaps theme)
Post by: fingret on May 30, 2015, 22:55:50
Can someone tell me if those green dots are supposed to be there? What are they?

Using latest Poland vector map with openandromaps elevate theme...

Those are trees. You can always try different themes.

Are you using an Openandromaps map? In those only significant trees are included, those in your screenshot don't have any of the relevant tags.
Elevate works best with OAM maps.

No, I am using the offline maps downloadable from within Locus. I guess they are from OSM.

I'll try to understand how to use OAM maps then. Ty for your answers.

try to use other themes - or other maps.

eg.
Locus vector maps with Locus themes
or
Openandro maps with Openandro themes

The raw data are the same from OSM - but compiled with different settings.
