Title: AccuTerra Topo Maps
Post by: noimagination on November 10, 2013, 22:43:15
I'm a long time user of Locus Pro, which I use primarily when hiking with offline "My Topo USA" maps. Would it be possible to add the superior AccuTerra topo maps that are available in BackCountry Navigator? The AccuTerra maps appear to be much more up-to-date than the "My Topo USA" or USGS Topo maps that are currently available in Locus.

Can you please show us an url, where we can see this map? Is this map free for use?

I see that you found the way :)  However we'll try to negotiate some terms with accuterra (neotreks) if would be possible to offer their maps in Locus.

Yes of course, that would be the better way for all Locus users.

AcuTerra maps for our area (Central Arizona) are far less detailed and have many errors in roads and road/feature names compared to MyTopo.
