i use the Pro V 2.15 and for testing parlalel the free/pro V 2.14.1.11
in both settings i didnot set the option "automatic update", but several times a day the freeversion is automatic updatet to the official version.
How can i stop that?
as I know, this is not possible. Only way I see, is install some 2.15.1.X test version, that will have same ID number as current Free version, so you'll not get any updates
I never experienced auto update of any app.

ah you're of course correct. There is settings "Enable automatic updates".
Anyway I wanted to write that it's not possible to block Locus (or generally other app) from updates. When you have list of apps that has updates, then you cannot exclude any app from "Update all" button

i have baught the Pro by androidpit an i thought i installed the Free also from there, but i have installed the Free from Google Playstore.
With your tipp i noticed these and after disabeling autoupdate in the playstore my problem is solved :D
