Hello,

I would like ot use Locus as mapping / guiding program for my Android program ...

How can I launch Locus as an Android activity with some parameters to declare the searched POI for guiding ?

it depend what you need. I created some possibility here viewtopic.php?f=21&t=34 (http://forum.asamm.cz/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=34)

this is used in c:geo and gps status as I know. Anyway if you need (want) something specific or access to more features, we should discuss
