How can I set up Locus to English even when Android is set up to German?

I think this is only working for Android < 4.2. But ivolino's S4 is for sure on 4.2.2.

yes that's correct. In Android 4.2+ was change, that prevent Locus to set different locale that is system locale. At least I wasn't able to find a way. So since Android 4.2+ it's not possible to set different language than in system. So if you want Locus in English, you have to unfortunately set your device to English. Anyway I'm 100% sure that German translation is much better then English ;)
